Hello @Bioniker, the Bluetooth within the Stadia controllers currently has limited capabilities but has potential to support the vast number of other Bluetooth supported devices like Bluetooth headsets and much more. Hello @Octopusinks, sorry to hear that you are having connectivity issues. Based on your message, it seems that you tried the interactive troubleshooter that Stadia has. If all suggested tries resulted in your connectivity issue still being present, then it is recommended to contact the Stadia support chat. Hopefully they can see more into why your area is being affected negativity. Might be that the local data center is experiencing some sort of issue, or that your instance is being sent to a far away data center resulting in poor connection. Please note that this press release was announced back in February and is subject to change based on the publisher, Stadia, or other factors. I performed a quick search for "FIFA 21 Stadia" and did not encounter any delay news (search done on 3/8/21 @ 9:06 AM PST). Hello @pupido10, the headphone jack connection for the Stadia Controller should work with all devices (Chromecast Ultra, mobile phones, and PCs). I have tested all three devices, and the headphone jack port works for all. Sometimes we are silly and have the volume all the way down on the Audio Settings when the headphone jack is being used. To check your volume settings (while headphone jack is plugged in), press the Stadia button -> Settings -> check audio levels. Perhaps following the steps to reset your controller may help remedy this issue: Turn off or reset your Stadia Controller. Hello @Sofra4888, sounds like your controller is trying to update its software or firmware from your description about the lights going from white to orange. From my experience with my controller, no lights while being left plugged in means that it is fully charged. I pasted the table showing the different lights and their meaning. Would you kindly let us know which light sequence your controller is going through? I am also adding some helpful links about your controller and how to reset it (hopefully this does the trick). Meet the Stadia Controller  Turn off or reset your Stadia Controller  Blinking white   The controller is ready for you to enter the linking code. It will take several seconds to link after entering a code. Solid white   The controller is on, linked to a screen and ready for gameplay. Blinking orange   The controller needs to be set up with WiFi. Open the Stadia App and tap the controller icon to set the controller up on your WiFi network. Blinking orange and white   New software is being applied to your Stadia Controller. The controller is not usable while this software is being applied. White double blink   You pressed the Assistant button   and the Assistant is ready to accept your query. Solid orange   The controller is charging. The status light will turn off when charging is complete.

Games may only be returned one time, so if you return a purchased game for a refund and subsequently re-purchase it, you will not be entitled to a refund. This refund is only available for purchased games, and not for add-on content or services. Aside from the information I provided above, I am also giving you two links below in the hopes that this helps you get your refund. Please note that even though there might not be that refund button available, I would still give contacting support a try as they have more administrative clearance or may ask for administrative clearance to give you a refund. Personally that would be my last chance attempt in fixing the problem. Hello @Jrob38, I logged about 50 hours in Cyberpunk 2077 in Stadia with many more hours to come. Plus I only progressed 33% in the main storyline, so no spoilers. That being said, I have ran unto multiple bugs, glitches, and just weird (sometimes funny) mishaps. Most of the time what fixes these bugs or missing UI commands are reloading your previous save. There are times where I progressed too far to load from a previous save, so what I end up doing is saving a new manual save and loading that save right away. Like I said, most of the time reloading helps resolve most of the issues. I am including their latest manual fix guide for a game progression break that was accidentally introduce in patch 1.1. Sadly I only see purchased. I submitted a feedback message asking if it is possible to view the price even after I purchased it. I recommend submitting a feedback message as well so the Stadia team can see multiple people are asking for this feature. Hope this helps.

Hello @Gawrysia, after some research it seems like the developer did not include an easy new game or new game plus feature. All the resources I am finding includes deleting the save files on their devices to get the option to start the game as new game. Stadia has yet to offer a feature to modify core game data/saves like the other platforms do. An alternative is to use the in-game mission sequence to play back a particular mission. I highly recommend using the feedback settings option in the Stadia app to send the Stadia team your request to have access to delete game saves from the app. Hope this helps.

Hello @Dpags19, any claimed free games will remain with your account even after cancellation of Stadia Pro. Note that you will not have access to play them while you do not have Stadia Pro. An alternative would be to sign up for Stadia Pro again or purchase the game to gain access again. Any saved game data will be available as well when you come back to Stadia Pro or if the game was purchased. One last thing, you will not be able to claim any more free games while you do not have Stadia Pro. For more information and reference to this information, please click here.

Reports are coming in that the email is taking up to 7 days to arrive, though support page says the email should be coming no later than January 15, 2021.
