Shared games on managed accounts always require permission from the family manager on first load. In the family link app, go to child -> manage settings -> Stadia -> Review Games
Speak to support is your only avenue here.

Crossplay is live, but cross-platform party isn't. This was announced by Ubisoft as something they were looking to add after launch.
They had an expiry date on them, so you won't get one now. But you get a free trial regardless, so jus go for it.

Stream to YouTube, videos will be available after they've processed.
They're updating the engine & assets for 1&2 ahead of 3.
It's pretty much a developer choice - but Stadia does have some stability requirements around frame rates, which might explain why it isn't set to 60 even if it would seem the hardware could handle it.

It won't work, unfortunately.
Sort of. Up the rating they're allowed and they'll be able to see more games. They still have to request parental permission to 'unlock' each game the first time they try to play it.
