Thanks for posting here in our community forum. I'm sorry for the late response as well as for your current problem. I know how frustrating it is when things stop working out of the blue. I'm here to help, so lets see what we can figure out together.
First off, I'd like to ask some questions:
What is the make and model of your router?
Is anyone else in the home also using your network at the same time?
Does this seem to happen at all times of day? And who is your internet provider?
Are you using a Stadia Controller?
Next, if you haven't already lets try doing some reboots on your devices
Reboot your router
Reboot your Chromecast
If applicable, Reset your Stadia Controller
