Hi @Jcates223, sorry to hear you're having problems.
The biggest factor in determining your ability to play on Stadia without issue is your connection strength. There are multiple things affecting your connection strength, including bandwidth (your down/up speed), stability (meaning your connection must not be interrupted by lost packets), and whether you're on wi-fi or LAN.
In most cases, playing on wi-fi is adequate, but you stand to lose a far greater portion of your signal strength when playing on wi-fi, so it is important to ensure that you are playing on a device located close to your router in order to maximize your signal strength. Additionally, if you are located in a densely populated area, your wi-fi channel may be in use by a multitude of other devices, which can quickly lead to a noticeable degradation in quality.
My advice to you is to look into a standalone router which can be more dynamically configured to prioritize Stadia traffic. You would, in this case, be able to change the wi-fi channel from its standard setting to one that is less frequently used. Additionally, if you are able to test Stadia on a device that is hard-wired into the router/gateway, that would help us determine if wi-fi is the issue.
