If in those reports it has become apparent that your network is losing packets, that could be the culprit.   If your network is stable, then it might be the case that your controller is faulty and should be replaced. In that case, please reach out to Stadia Support for additional assistance.

Hi @Ibiza, thanks for posting about this. We also want to thank @MrVacca for providing some helpful troubleshooting steps here.   Can you tell us how you are playing Stadia? For example, on your mobile device, on a computer, or on a Chromecast device. This matters because if you are able to test with touch controls or a mouse and keyboard, that can help us rule out possible causes.    Is the device you are playing on is connected via ethernet or wi-fi, this may have a small effect on your controller's stability. One thing I could recommend is to connect your Stadia Controller to the 2.4GHz wi-fi band and if your play device is connected via wi-fi, connect it to the 5GHz band. This may help reduce interference.

If you are using Chrome, please ensure that it is the latest version. Additionally, there could be some sort of extension interference, so try to play on an Incognito session. Let us know if that helps!

To be transparent, it looks like it is taking a bit longer than expected to find a long-term fix. We appreciate your patience while we explore possible solutions. In the meantime, please file feedback either on Chrome or on the Android app using the following hash tag in the body of the report:  #ST3language. Hi @kussepigen, thank you for coming to the Community Forum to find help solving your particular issue. One thing I might suggest is checking the stability of your connection. Speed is important, but stability is even more important. Please look into running a ping command on your Windows machine to test whether you are dropping packets, because if so, your stream quality will suffer.   If the above does not help, please also try testing on an incognito/private session, and failing that, a different browser. I also suggest testing on another device, such as an Android phone or other computer. Let me know if any of these suggestions help!

I recommend trying to enable experimental mode within the Stadia app. This may or may not resolve your particular issue, but it's worth a shot. To do so, tap your profile icon in the top-right of the Stadia app, then scroll down to "Experiments." See if there is an option there to enable play on your device. Report back when you can!
