Hey there! It is not possible to play games you have purchased on Stadia via other platforms. This is because it is it's own thing, like for example PS/Xbox. You can refund the game, or just let it be. Also, keep in mind Stadia is 100% free for up to 1080p60fps gaming. The subscription is completely optional, for more perks like up to 4k60 gaming, HDR, or 5.1 sound (all 3 only if supported by games).

PUBG has crossplay with Xbox and PS players. They used to have KB/M support, but they were playing by themselves, as on PC there's a lot of cheaters, and against consoles it'd be unfair. Unfortunately there wasn't a lot of people playing on KB/M, so it wasn't worth keeping the servers open. So they disabled KB/M support, allowing other gamemodes to be played by more people at once.

1080p w/o HDR will look the same with/without pro, so it wouldn't matter in your case.
In the terms of the deal it says you will receive a code for 1 premiere bundle, with a white controller.

"Installing" basically just creates a shortcut to the website, but fancier. Supposedly it makes the webapp available offline, but that doesn't really go up for Stadia as it's cloud gaming, so you need internet. It doesn't really run any better in the webapp, so it's not necessary to install.
Any Android tablet should work fine, I think. iPads also work, but require a 3rd party app called Stadium, and isn't officially supported.
If you're talking about casting, I guess it assumes your phone is protected, meaning that you'd have to fill out a pin/use fingerprint anyways.
