Hey there! Unfortunately, Stadia is shutting down and thus creating a new account is not possible anymore.

Hey there. For as far as I've read, Stadia is closing down due to low adoption rates among consumers. Though I so believe that this is a rumor, and not official information, so that's not confirmed. As for mobile GPUs replacing cloud gaming - this could happen in the future, but we're still a ways out for that. Just look at the Steam Deck: while you can definitely play games on there, you've got to massively lower the settings, the resolution is lower than that of my old budget phone, and if you're playing heavier games the predicted battery life is roughly 2 hours. Don't get me wrong, the Deck is very impressive, and I definitely want to get one at some point. But it's not yet powerful enough to completely replace what we could do with Stadia, which is/was a lot more powerful, without affecting the battery of the device you're playing on all that much. This means a game that runs better, being able to be played for longer than on the Deck. But, technology is always advancing, so who knows. The possibility of this becoming reality in a couple of years is always there. Hope this answers your question.
Hey there! I believe Stadia uses the system cursor for movement info, so if your device has mouse acceleration on, it'll use it, and if it's already off it won't.
Hey there! Please make sure you're using a wired connection or 5GHz WiFi. These should be very stable. Also make sure to turn off any VPNs or Proxies.

Hey there! Keep in mind that the games you got for free with Stadia Pro are Hitman 1 & 2. Hitman 3 is not included with Stadia Pro. If you want a refund of Hitman 3, please go to (on desktop, not sure about mobile): Settings > Purchases & Subscriptions > Hitman 3 > Get Support. Here, please explain that you want a refund. Note that if you have played the game for more than 2 hours, or have owned it for more than 14 days you are not eligible for a refund.

Hey there! As RXShorty and MrVacca said, there are some requirements to using Stadia in the 4k resolution. You need a GPU capable of decoding a VP9 stream. Looking at that screenshot, you should be good there. You need a 4k monitor/display. If your laptop has one, you're good. If not, you might want to consider hooking it up to an external monitor or TV. You need to be subscribed to the Stadia Pro subscription. If you're not subscriped, you cannot make use of 4k streams. If you meet those 3 requirements, congrats! You can now play games in 4k on the go. Hope this helps!

The promo is per account. If you have used it in another country, no, you will not be able to use it. If you haven't used it yet, yes, you'll be able to use it after you switch countries.
Crossplay is technically possible for any game, yes. So long as their server infrastructure is set up in a way that allows it. I can't speak about ports, I don't know anything about that.

Do you have another device (preferably a laptop/PC or Android device) you can try it on? And if you go to "All games" in the store, is it listed there?

Games are capped at either 30 or 60 fps, since anythibg in between would look awful, since the stream is always 60fps. For example, if you were running at 40 fps, you'd get 2 different images for every 3 frames received. One image would be on your screen longer than the other. Therefore, if a game isn't optimized enough to run at a stable 60 fps, it will be capped at 30 to prevent this from happening.

Hey there! This is an annoying situation, but there's some reason in it: Business accounts aren't made for individuals, but for businesses/employees. They may get some advantages, but they aren't meant for personal use. During work hours, you don't need Stadia, so it makes sense you wouldn't be able to log in to it. One could basically steal from the company this way, if a certain amount was given to buy something from GPlay for business use. I don't really have an answer to this one, but I assume this is tricky for support, since they need to be 110% sure you own both accounts, again to prevent theft. I'm sorry this has happened, but I can see the reasoning behind most of these decicions.

Hey there! Stadia is a cloud gaming platform, allowing you to play the latest games anywhere and any time, as long as you have stable internet. It's completely free, you only have to pay for games (to play at 1080p 60fps), or pay for pro (play at 4k 60fps) and get some games free monthly. Keep in mind pro is not a requirement to use Stadia.

Hey there! Crossplay just keeps your saves from other platforms. It will not transfer any purchases, as those are handled by the platforms (in this case, PlayStation and Stadia), not the game. Currently it is not possible to transfer purchases, and personally I don't think it'll happen any time soon, either.
