At launch, all of the hardware you’ll need will be in the Founder’s Edition or Premiere Edition of Stadia, including a Chromecast Ultra. Also, please note that you'll need to purchase Founder's Edition, Premiere Edition, or be gifted a Buddy Pass to access Stadia at launch. On Day 1, you should use the Chromecast Ultra that comes with your Stadia Controller, because it has the latest firmware. We'll be updating the existing Chromecast Ultra devices over the air soon after launch
