@HappyCloudGamer  From past experience and not to say that this is normal, but something that I've noticed in my experience with Stadia so far, anytime I have purchased a newly released title the lag has been a right pain on and off for the first couple of days.  After that less frequent in my experiences so far.  Might be nothing, might be my ISP, might be just something about my setup, I don't know, but I have seen this happen each time I make an immediate purchase on a title on its 1st day of release on Stadia.

@cfangarden : The code should be sent via email to the account that made the purchase.  Check spam folder etc., to see if it got buried away someplace. If you are positive that it hasn't arrived, then you'll need to reach out to support, which unfortunately is a little more difficult currently with the covid-19 stuff going on.  So you'll need to go via whatever the currently recommended approach is in your region.   Typically they will require your original order number and also the serial number of the Chromecast Ultra too.

@JediVick : There is no pause option.  Cancel and your subscription will continue to run for the duration of whatever remains on your subscription.  Once that time has passed then the subscription will be cancelled and it will only be possible to continue to play purchased titles and only at 1080p resolution with stereo audio.
@evyy : Unfortunately, yes you do need to repurchase titles.

@Celticdamian : Not really at this moment in time.  Options currently available are: Buy Premium Edition (CCU and Controller) Obtain a Buddy Pass from someone that purchased the Founders Edition and has an unused Buddy Pass Go for a BT Broadband deal as they are offering a Premium Edition in their eligible broadband packages although Stadia will consume bandwidth on some of those packages for sure... Else wait until the Base Edition is released in 2020, although we have no news as to when that will be made available yet in 2020. Alternatively, buy a Premium Edition, create your account and then once you're up and running on Stadia return the unopened package for a refund within the 15 day GoogleStore policy limits etc., policy is here: https://support.google.com/store/answer/2411741?hl=en-GB . Your account will switch to what is in effect a base edition (even though it isn't available currently) and you can then run that account on your existing CCU hardware and subscribe to Pro again.
@Danielsaly : Just as soon as the Base edition is released this year.  No specific dates yet on its availability, but check back often to keep an eye out for any announcements.

@allantheubet99 : If you bought it from GoogleStore, then you should be able to contact support with your purchase order number and the serial number of your Chromecast Ultra and they will be able to provide you with the necessary code.  At least that is my understanding of the process, but support will be best able to assist you on the correct procedure.
@Kreator : Raise a case with support and then at least they have visibility that there is an issue.

@Kaittoo : It's taking time to get developers on-boarded, and even longer to get games released.  The only good news announced was that there are plans at least for 120+ titles to make it to Stadia in 2020.  Of course that doesn't mean to say that all those titles will actually make that release date.  Companies are making significant changes to their work habits as a consequence of what is taking place with the Covid-19 pandemic, and that will be used as an excuse for delays left, right and center in the coming months IMHO. IIRC, the developer of Planetside 2 or maybe it was the publisher(?), laid off a bunch of their workforce, so that doesn't sound like the chances of Planetside 2 making it to Stadia would be increased, but my assumption could be wrong, and they could announce something in the coming months.... No way of knowing what if any free to play titles are coming to Stadia until they announce something.   Maybe announcements will get made with the release of the basic model....maybe, but that is still conjecture on my part as I have no actual information to back these thoughts up. If you're not happy with Stadia and don't want to continue your subscription, then just let it lapse, you can always renew at a later date if you start to see titles available that are of interest, or not if you don't.   Or you can go with GeForce Now if that has the titles you want to play now, because I don't see anything changing that quickly on Stadia just yet IMHO. Ultimately, the choice is yours to make, and I agree Google will struggle if they standstill, but this isn't going to change overnight, they are playing catchup to a lot of other platforms and their unique point is to make this available and accessible to a wide range of different players (TV/PC/Mobile) which is more than perhaps you can do with something like GeForce Now. But go with whatever meets your gaming needs, that's why we haven't ditched our consoles or PC's yet, while we like Stadia its not the only option for us currently.

@cabester102 : I don't believe that you can request a refund for a pro subscription.  Once you have subscribed that is it.  There is no partial refund for unused parts of the subscription.  It is up to the end-user to cancel their subscription prior to the rollover point. As per the Stadia policy: "When you purchase or subscribe to digital content with Stadia, you agree that the digital content will be available to you immediately, and you acknowledge that, as a result, you waive your automatic statutory right of withdrawal. Therefore, you will not be eligible for a refund (or any alternative remedy), except where digital content is defective, does not match its description, or where Google voluntarily offers refunds, as stated below." @JosTheDude : If you've played over 2 hours then you are not entitled to a refund. The refund policy is pretty straightforward IMHO, less than 2 hours total play time (across all accounts) and purchased within 14 days. I doubt that there is much more that is possible for your situation, if Google support isn't prepared to extend your return policy beyond the current offering, there isn't much that the forums can assist you with. To recap on the policy: Voluntary Google Refund for Games You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase if there is less than 2 hours of play time across all accounts (family and personal). Games may only be returned once, so if you return a purchased game for a refund and subsequently re-purchase it, you will not be entitled to a refund. This voluntary refund only applies to purchased games and not for add-on content or services. If you return a game for a refund it will be removed from your library and you will no longer be able to play it.

@Davidwebb : What you are describing is the Base edition, which hasn't yet been released, but once it has later this year, then yes, you will be able to play Stadia and any games that you purchase via a Chrome browser without the need of having a Chromecast Ultra.  Once you have a Stadia account, you will then be able to subscribe to Pro, and have those benefits available too. Unfortunately, until the Base edition is made available, currently the only option to play Stadia on a PC is with a Buddy Pass, otherwise you would have to go down the route of purchasing a Stadia Premium edition which would include both a Chromecast Ultra and Stadia Controller.
@Stoked4Good : I believe that that is a feature available to the administrators only.  I'm not sure that it is possible to do it without those privileges.
