Snippets from the article:
Notifications
You can enable or disable notifications from the Stadia app on your mobile device. You can also choose to receive email from Stadia for information about game discounts, new features, and more.
Note: Notification settings will only take effect on the device you set them on.
Enable notifications: To ensure that you receive notifications on your mobile device from the Stadia app , turn on Get notifications under "Notifications". Turn on the slider next to each type of notification you want to receive.
Disable notifications: You can turn off specific types of notifications from the Stadia app under the "Notifications" category. To disable all notifications, turn off Get notifications .
The first time you turn on notifications in the Stadia app on an iPhone® or iPad®, a prompt will appear. When it appears, tap Allow to enable notifications on your device.
If notifications were previously disabled for the Stadia app on your iPhone or iPad, you'll need to go into your iPhone or iPad's settings to turn on notifications before you can receive them.
Edit: actually hold on that thought. It seems like the Notifications option is missing from Settings.. researching.
Note: You can only do it using the official app (not web app) on Android or iOS. The option is not available on the web app or the desktop app.
