@Nemesis Unfortunately support is wrong in this case. @AndroiFy is right, you can't family share Destiny 2 DLC and each account need to purchase their own if they want to play content in the dlc. If the answer you got from support was the drive that make you decide to purchase the game, and you have written proof, you can try to contact them again to try to get a refund (DLC is technically non refundable on Stadia).

I see the game is currently on sale for $23.99 in US, so assuming it's following similar convention, then 25 pounds might be enough to cover the cost of the game (I don't have access to the UK store). But first, which gift card are you using? And what do you mean by finger pad? It would be great if you can elaborate more what you're trying to do.

If you tried my suggestion above and it still doesn't work, you can try replying to them again and see what else they can do.

@Greenhill I believe you will need to unlink the account first from the Ubisoft website. After that, you should be able to login again with your account  Unlink Ubisoft account

If you're trying to connect an xbox 360 controller to chromeOS laptop (Chromebook?) then you need to make sure your xbox 360 version support bluetooth (with/without dongle) then just pair it to the laptop as usual. If you can provide more info that would be great.

You can also set the web browser to run as a web app but that's still running on web and you'll still get the survey every time you exit. I don't believe there's a way to disable that at the moment.

Hopefully you already cancel it by now so you won't get charged for future months. As you already work with support, your best chance of resolving this is to keep working with them, as nobody here will be able to help you with this kind of issue.

I don't recommend the email method since it's not the fastest way.

It might be good if you can try leaving the controller charged to wall outlet for a few hours then check again. Other than that, you can try resetting (hardware reset) and/or factory reset (these are two different things. Please try both) your controller to see if it fix the issue. If yes that might be worth a shot. Also another thing you can try, if you haven't, is apply the latest firmware update for the TV and see if it helps with the issue.
