@Daemon There are a few things that can be causing it. Are you able to switch network? If yes, I suggest try that first and see if there's a difference. Want to make sure network is the issue, since Stadia controller is connecting through WiFi. You can try hardware reset, and if that still doesn't work, you can do factory reset It also could be that the controller is almost running out of battery. Try leaving the controller charged for a few hours and try again. How are you connecting TV? If it's using Chromecast Ultra, try to do a hardware reset on the device as well. If you're using Google TV app, try to reset the app. For instructions to do hardwarre reset and factory reset, along with other tips on troubleshooting Stadia controller, please take a look at the article below https://support.google.com/stadia/answer/9584135  Please try the above steps first, and do let us know if you're still having issues.

@buffnav Since both of your controllers are having the same issue, I would guess that the controllers hardware themselves are not the issue, but more due to connectivity. Have you tried a different network to connect Stadia to? Did you make sure that the controllers are fully charged? I've seen similar cases recently, and what they did was leaving the Stadia controller charging for a while to fix the issue, then try pairing again. I see you already did some troubleshooting steps, but I'll also leave this article here for troubleshooting Stadia controller issues, in case there are some steps you haven't tried https://support.google.com/stadia/answer/9584135

@High22Flyn So Xbox Series X controller is actually not officially supported, but I just tried it out (same scenario except with Series X controller) and it works just fine. I also compared the Stadia app version that you provided and it's the same with what I have on mine. Have you tried using the Xbox Series X controller to play non Stadia games? Also can you confirm if it's the official version of the controller (not 3rd party)? Do you have any other controller that you can try to play Stadia on? Just trying to find the root cause.  Also, your phone is not officially supported to play on Stadia, but most of the time this is not really an issue. Can you try enabling the experimental feature on your phone? Play on non-supported Android devices To try Stadia on an Android device that is not currently supported, sign into the Stadia app   on the device you want to try, open your   Stadia settings , tap   Experiments , then turn on   Play on this device . This setting will only affect the device you set it on, and you can turn it off at any time. Note that your play experience might vary, depending on your mobile device and network speed.

@Oliviermejia I assume the 9.99 was for Stadia Pro subscription? If that's the case, unfortunately the charge is not refundable. What you can do is cancel the Stadia Pro for now, then re-subscribe when your kid have more time to play. Please refer to the article below if you need guidance on how to cancel your Stadia Pro subscription https://support.google.com/product-documentation/answer/9609879  Keep in mind that if you have purchased any games in the past, they will still be playable even without Stadia pro!

@Addeladle So just want to clear a misconception from a lot of people, when you're subscribed to Pro, it doesn't mean you get access to all the games available in Stadia. There are curated games that are available to Pro members every month, and once you claim them, you can play them as long as you're subscribed to Pro. Rather than Netflix, think about the free games offered by PS Plus or Xbox Live subscription. The difference is most games are offered longer more than a month. Other than that, you don't need to subscribe to Pro if you just want to purchase individual game, similar to if you're purchasing games from Steam for example. The best part is rather than waiting for the game to finish installing before start playing, you can start playing right away. Just click the button. No need to worry about whether your computer is good enough to play the game, or worry about hardware space. You can also play on your PC, mobile device, or TV, and switch between each other easily. I do have to agree that the game selection could be improved, so if there's no games that you want to play at the moment, then it's fair to not wanting to use it. The team keep adding games throughout the year, so it's definitely worth to check from time to time if a game you want to play is added to Stadia. I'm also going to leave this FAQ link that's available from the Stadia help page. Hopefully it will be able to answer questions that I haven't covered above: https://support.google.com/stadia/answer/9338946

@UncagedOtaku Stadia is included in the promotion. Are you having issues? There are a few things excluded though, so if you're trying to access any activities listed below, it's not included during free week From today until August 30, all the current Destiny 2 story campaigns – Shadowkeep, Beyond Light, and The Witch Queen – and their associated quests and content will be available to all players for free. It doesn’t matter if you play on Xbox, PlayStation, Stadia, or PC; you will have access to some of the best content Destiny 2 has to offer. To be 100% clear, this doesn’t mean all Destiny 2 content is available for no cost.     The current Season Pass, the Dungeon Key, the Forsaken Content Pack, and the 30th Anniversary Pack are not available for free. Although if you play on the Epic Games Store, remember you can grab the 30th Anniversary Pack without a cost for a limited time.    Source: https://www.bungie.net/en/Explore/Detail/News/51676

@Begoset123 So I'm not sure if this influence one another, but everything that requires Destiny 2 authentication has been REALLY slow since the new season started. Right now I just tried to access the cross save page and when I tried to login, it's giving me authentication error. This is also the same case with 3rd party applications that authenticate through Bungie API. My suggestion would be to go to the cross save page, login, and make sure your accounts are all correct here https://www.bungie.net/7/en/crosssave  But again, that's only if you're able to authenticate. I'm not having much luck so far.

Hi @Salem so to clarify a few things If you're referring to the free offer for expansions that was announced yesterday, it only applies until August 29th. Which means you can play the expansions ONLY until that date. After that, you need to purchase the expansions to continue playing. Destiny 2 is currently free to play, and has been that way for a while, but by subscribing to Pro, you get access up to Shadowkeep expansion. If you unsubscribe Pro, you can still play Destiny 2, but you will lose access to Shadowkeep and Forsaken expansion. You can keep all of the weapons and armors you got from these two expansions. You will not lose progress when you unsubscribe from Pro Hope that helps. Let us know if you still have questions.

@Boson you brought up a good point. Blocking on Stadia means you stop communications from them; and also prevents you from getting invite from them. It doesn't prevent them to join your public party and they won't even know you block them.
