It looks like NBA 2K22 will be released on September 10, 2021, but it's not yet on Stadia (not even for pre-order), so I guess it might still take a bit until available on Stadia. Until then I would recommend to keep the eyes peeled and look for News about the game in our Community blog (as it would be announced there when it comes to the Stadia Store). Just be aware there is also the possibility that it will not come at all to Stadia, as the developer didn't announce it (yet?) on their website.

Hey @7013033323 Nicole und Lars, können Sie auf den Bankauszügen sehen, dass die Abbuchungen für Google Stadia sind oder für ein anderes Google Produkt (Google hat mehrere Abos, die man abschließen kann). Falls es Stadia betrifft, dann schlage ich zuerst einmal vor, dass Sie einmal auf pay.google.com alle Google-Konten prüfen, bei denen Ihre Zahlungsmethode hinterlegt ist. Sie können dort unter "Abos & Services" sehen, ob Stadia Pro auf dem jeweiligen Konto bezahlt wird. Alternativ können SIe das auch unter myaccount.google.com sehen, welche Abos auf dem Google-Konto laufen. Wenn Sie das Abo dort finden, können Sie es dort auch kündigen. Hier ist sonst auch noch einmal die Anleitung, wie das Kündigen funktioniert. Dadurch wird verhindert, dass in Zukunft weitere Abbuchungen stattfinden. Falls es außerdem in Ihrem Google-Konto gefunden werden kann, bedeutet das auch, dass entweder Sie (oder jemand den Sie kennen) mit Ihrem Google-Konto das Abo abgeschlossen hat. D.h. es könnte dann ja auch sein, dass das Abo neu abgeschlossen wird, wenn diese Person noch immer Zugriff zum Konto hat. Falls das der Fall ist, würde ich Ihnen außerdem noch diesen Artikel empfehlen, der Ihnen erklärt, wie Sie Ihr Konto sicherer machen können (ein erster Schritt wäre in so einem Fall z.B. das Passwort zu ändern). Wegen der Zurücküberweisung/Erstattung müssen SIe sich an das Stadia Support-Team wenden. Falls Sie das Abo nicht auf dem Google-Konto sehen können, könnte das auch bedeuten, dass jemand Ihre Zahlungsmethode kennt und benutzt (z.B. für ein Abo auf einem anderen Google-Konto). In so einem Fall wäre es gut, wenn Sie zuerst prüfen, ob das irgendein Familienmitglied/Freund, etc. gewesen sein könnte. Falls nicht, könnten Sie in dem Fall die nicht-authorisierte Zahlung melden (über dieses Formular) über das normalerweise eine Erstattung ebenfalls geprüft wird oder sich mit dem Stadia Team in Verbindung setzen. Bei nicht-authorisierten Zahlungen würde ich auch empfehlen, sich mit der Bank nochmal in Verbindung zu setzen, damit geprüft werden kann, ob die Zahlungsmethode kompromittiert ist bzw. ersetzt werden muss (wenn z.B. jemand Ihre Kartendetails kennt). Mehr Informationen zu nicht-authorisierten Zahlungen finden Sie in diesem Artikel. Ich hoffe diese Informationen helfen schon einmal weiter, aber antworten Sie gern, wenn noch etwas unklar sein sollte.

Officially it's not mentioned in the Stadia helpcenter  that chromebooks are supported, but that you can play on the Stadia app and/or the Chrome Browser. As far as I know both is offered on Chromebooks, so I would assume that you can play Stadia on a chromebook. I've seen some players in the past here in the forum mentioning playing Stadia on Chromebooks, but I can't tell you anything about the experience, maybe some other helpful folks with chromebooks can give you some advice here as well.

As you mentioned, it's only possible to play Singleplayer or join one of the official servers (with other players) at the moment. I was able to see that there is a feature request already open in their official forums, but not yet any response from the developers. Totally agree with you though, own servers would be great on Stadia. Waiting for that one too. Fingers crossed that it's coming soon.

I don't know who this "Stradia" is, but if you mean Stadia, I would recommend you to try out this troubleshooter first as usually it helps with issues regarding freezes or lags on the platform. A good idea would be also to check your internet connection as most times it's connected to this, when you encounter freezes or lags. If you still have any issues, please let us know by describing the situation a bit further: On which device do you encounter the issue (PC, mobile device, TV, on all)? How often do you have this problem (every time or only specific days, etc.)? Since when do you have the problem and do you have it since you started with Stadia or did it work for a while and now all of a sudden not anymore? Do you encounter this with all games on Stadia or only on specific ones? Alternatively you can also get in touch with the Stadia support as they can also give their best to help you fixing the issue.

First of all I would recommend you to check out the TS steps from this article as they usually solve those issues. Make sure to also check on pay.google.com if you can see there any issue (usually in the top right corner) about your account or about the transaction. You could also check with your bank if there is any issue with your cards, you mentioned it shouldn't be because of credit, but maybe they blocked the transaction for any reason from their side. If your cards still don't work, you could also try another payment method like PayPal or Google Play credit or others if available. A list of accepted payment methods for UK you can find here. And last but not least: If you still have issues, you could also get in touch with the Stadia support to receive more help.

Otherwise as you mentioned it's only FIFA 21 and all other games working fine for you, it could also be something that the developers need to fix. Or maybe a problem with that specific save file which could be solved by starting a new game in FIFA? Regarding the servers I know they're around different places in the world, so we can not tell with which server you're connected, but even if that happened, there is no way for you (as a user) to determine the server you're playing on in the world. At the end, if nothing helps and if the developer would confirm it's a Stadia issue, it's probably good as well then to contact the Stadia team for further assistance.

I know what you mean, but that happens with a lot of games on Stadia (that some get a discount at some point or even become a Pro game free to claim as long as you maintain a Pro subscription). I think it depends on you: Do you want to play it right now, no matter what? If yes, then it probably makes sense buying it right away. Otherwise if you prefer a cheaper price, bear in mind that Black Friday and Christmas sales are up in a few month and maybe Grid is also reduced then. So you could also wait for that if you prefer, totally up to you. I know Grid has been discounted in the past, but I can't remember by how much.

Hi @Lumaco  Currently it is not possible to delete games from your   Google Stadia   library. If you're playing on a Chrome browser though there are extensions that may allow you to hide games from your library, so you could use that feature. One extension that offers that is Stadia+. Because it is a browser extension, it won’t work on the app, and can only be used on a computer. Another option that I use currently in my Chrome browser is marking games in my library as a favorite, which means those games are showing first in my library, so all the ones I don't want to play immediately are organised after them. If you want to give that a try, install the extension Stadia Enhanced. Hope this helps!

Hey @MrBartman1873, As far as I understand for redeeming the offer you just need to sign up for Stadia and then you have a chance to redeem this free trial. You can also check your email if you have received any email from YouTube about this offer to redeem this free trial. Also important is to check the Terms & Conditions of the offer (here for UK for example) as it doesn't apply for all countries and is also only meant for new players, so if you have had Stadia Pro before (either payed or as a trial) you will not be able to redeem it.  If you are still eligible, but you have no chance to redeem it, I would recommend to get in touch with the Stadia support here as they can help best in this case. Hey @Macarel, can you try here to change your language in your Google Account as usually Stadia is picking up the language set there (unless specific games have ingame-options to change the language, which I am not sure if that's the case for ARK): For the Google Account: Open   myaccount.google.com. On the left side click on "data & personalisation". Scroll down until you see "General preferences for the web". Click on "language" there. Check that your language is set correct there. Even if it is correct, try to set it to English, then save, then go back there and set to your original language. Then save again. If this doesn't help either, you may need to clear cache & cookies of your browser. See the   instructions/link here. Open   stadia.google.com   and launch your game again to see if it works. For a mobile device: Check the language settings for your device. It may be different from device to device, I am using a Pixel, so it works like this: Open the settings app on your device. Go to "system". Select "Languages and input". Check that the correct language is set. Even if it is correct, try to set it to English, then save, then go back there and set to your original language. Then save again. Open your Stadia app to see if it works. When playing on Chromecast You can change the language of your chromecast in the Google Home App, just do the following: Open your Google Home App. Select the room where your device (chromecast) is set up. Click on the settings in the top right corner. Change the language under "language" to the one you want your games in. Open Stadia on TV and enjoy! Could you try to set it to EN, save, then back to RU and save again? I know from some people in the past that this helped them to then being able to play in their language. Instructions for it you could find in this article. Another thing to try would be for your chrome browser, I've found some steps here for changing the Chrome browser language, the steps are for Windows though. You could give that a try, but if the option is not available on Mac (as the article says), then you could also check if the system language in your Macbook is also set to RU. Apart from that though I am running out of ideas here. What you could also try as last resource would be to get in touch with the Stadia support team as they might be able to help you further with more TS steps here.

Hey @DeathtoIdiots, I have linked my ESO account with Stadia as well and have no issues to play the Chapters + DLC that I have access to either via ESO Plus or because I bought them on Stadia. So this would leave two things I would recommend you to check: Do you own the ESO Standard Edition on Stadia? I believe this might be why you can't just go ahead and play it, you need to have at least the base version of the game on Stadia, the other purchases will then be automatically linked. And if that doesn't work, you can also request a refund for the base game after the purchase via play.google.com. Was your ESO account successfully linked with Stadia? Sometimes it can happen that you think both accounts are linked, but they are not. This you can easily check in your ESO-account, just to be sure. Fingers crossed it'll work for you. If you still have doubts, you can also check in with the Stadia support as they might be able to check this with you as well. Or just answer here in the thread and we'll do our best to help you.

Hey @Singhzing-kid1, first of all, I would recommend to make your account more secure with these tips. You can also visit myaccount.google.com and look if there is any hint for someone accessing your account (for example security recommendations or security-check), because if someone is randomly refunding your games and/or cancelling subscriptions from your account, this means someone has either access to your device (where the account is logged in) or access to your account itself. This article is also quite helpful if you want to check which devices have access to your account. If you remember your password (this is important for getting back into the account), you can also remove your account that way from all devices. This should kick the potential hijacker also out from further accessing your devices. Once your account is secure (if you followed steps from the link above), you can then go ahead and try reactivating your Stadia Pro subscription following the steps in this article. If it's not possible for the Stadia Pro subscription, then you would need to wait until it expires and then subscribe again to Stadia Pro. You can check the expiry date in pay.google.com or play.google.com. Regarding the refunds: If they were successful and the game vanished from your library, I guess it's probably best to re-purchase them. You can also check in with the Stadia support if they have any option to re-instate those games.
