It should have been cancelled automatically as far as I'm aware, but you can also double check pay.google.com https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions These two websites also provide you with an overview of your subscriptions in your account and you can try cancel it that way as well or check what's the status of the subscription. Hope this helps!

Hey @RoomTour, You can definitely download your data from Stadia, that way you can save your gamefiles. Usually you can then overwrite the savefiles in your Steam folder, but I would advise you to get in touch with the developer support. They should be able to tell you if it's working that way or if there are any other options, just to be sure.

Hey @Koochulainn, BG3 was a purchase of a game in the Stadia Store (even though it was early access, it was still a "game") and Google is refunding all those purchases automatically. So on your end you just need to wait, Google mentioned the refunds may take until Jan 2023 though to be processed. Google will offer a full refund of all Stadia hardware purchases (Stadia Controller, Stadia Founder’s Edition, Stadia Premiere Edition, or Play and Watch with Google TV Package) made in the Google Store and all purchases of games and in-game transactions made in the Stadia Store. Hey @KaykyySpliff, Can you try here to change your language in your Google Account as usually Stadia is picking up the language set there. You mentioned it's set there to Portuguese, but you can also try switching it to another language and then back to Portuguese to see if that helps (if Portuguese is the language you prefer to have). For the Google Account: Open   myaccount.google.com. On the left side click on "data & personalisation". Scroll down until you see "General preferences for the web". Click on "language" there. Check that your language is set correct there. Even if it is correct, try to set it to English, then save, then go back there and set to your original language. Then save again. If this doesn't help either, you may need to clear cache & cookies of your browser. See the   instructions/link here. Open   stadia.google.com   and launch your game again to see if it works. For a mobile device: Check the language settings for your device. It may be different from device to device, I am using a Pixel, so it works like this: Open the settings app on your device. Go to "system". Select "Languages and input". Check that the correct language is set. Even if it is correct, try to set it to English, then save, then go back there and set to your original language. Then save again. Open your Stadia app to see if it works.

I can't find any information that these redeem codes do only work with credit cards. Usually in general for game purchases for example, Stadia is using/allowing the same payment methods as for Play purchases. You can find a list here. But if you don't have any other options shown, then maybe credit cards are the only option there. Just to double check you can also get in touch with the Stadia team to find out if there's any other option.

Hey @-Dementor-, Sorry to hear you encounter that issue. Sounds really weird. From my point of view you could try these steps Fix an installed Android app that isn't working (all the ones apart from reinstall because that one you did already) Add or remove an account on Android (remove your account, then add it again) If these steps don't help as well, I would recommend to get in touch with the Stadia team. They might have further TS steps for you and they may also able to escalate your issue, so I'd definitely recommend you this.

Hey @capzack6263, I would recommend to check first if you're eligible for the offer, according to the AT&T website, these plans are eligible: AT&T WIRELESS CUSTOMERS: New and existing customers with a 5G device and a qualifying unlimited plan. AT&T FIBER CUSTOMERS: New AT&T Fiber customers, as well as existing AT&T Internet customers who upgrade to AT&T Fiber - 300Mbps, 500Mbps and 1 GIG speed plans. When you can confirm you're eligible you can go here to this site of AT&T and receive your promotion code. Once you have the code you can redeem the code in your Stadia settings in the browser. If you have any problems receiving your code, I would recommend to either get in touch with AT&T support or with the Stadia support for further help.

Hey @DAlesio83, your purchases on Stadia and other Google products are listed for you in pay.google.com, which is also where you can download invoices for them. So first of all it would make sense if you check there if your address is correct in your payment profiles. If that's the case then I believe it makes sense for you to contact the Google Pay team as they usually deal with payment profile issues or invoice issues.

Hey @Theblaxmith, There are two options now that your cousin has: Either accepting the free trial and cancel directly afterwards (to not be charged after that month) or skip the free trial by opening a specific game that allows to be played for free. Here a bit more in detail: The free trial is nothing bad, you could just sign up to it and directly after it you can  cancel it again , this way you can enjoy Stadia Pro as long as the free trial lasts and you'll not get charged afterwards. If you want to skip it though, I heard that for some people it was possible to bypass the sign-up for the free trial, but clicking on the "play game" button on this site: https://stadia.google.com/games/destiny-2 Hope this helps.

Hey @ZombieMorto, No you can't share your subscription in the family, but you can share games that you own or that you have claimed in the family. Instructions you can find in this article: Share games with your family group So if the other family members do also want games in 4K (which is the Stadia Pro feature), then they would need to subscribe to Stadia Pro.

Hey @crimsonchin93, when you go to pay.google.com do you recognise that you have two payment profiles? One norwegian one and one UK one? You can see it in the top right corner, if you click on your name (arrow), there should be two profiles if you have already created a UK one. If not, you would need to create a UK payment profile, which you can do with these instructions: Create and manage your payments profile Once you've created a UK profile, try to add your UK card or payment method there. Once that is done, try again if you can renew or update your Stadia Pro. If that doesn't work, try also to switch your country via Google Play Store if you have an Android device and then try again if it works, you can follow these instructions: How to change your Google Play country If that is not possible, try to cancel Stadia Pro and once it has expired, purchase Stadia Pro again on the correct profile. You are not losing anything this way, your savings and games you have claimed are just frozen (see here). Here are the relevant instructions: Manage or cancel your Stadia subscriptions If that does also not work for you, then you may need to close your Norway profile. There are some things you need to have in mind before doing so (consequences) and also this does only make sense if you definitely permanently moved to UK now. If you plan to return at some point to Norway, then I would recommend to keep the payments profile, you could also check out with the Google Pay team if there's anything else you can do in that case. I only suggest a closure of the old payments profile, because that would force your account to use the remaining (UK) profile, which then should cause no more issues to buy subscriptions with your UK payment methods. Hope this helps!

Hey @ADre9, I think what you can try here is disabling the family share for this specific game and have your brother purchase it. Once that is done, you both own that game and you can play it together (it requires though that the game is one that you can play together, you can see that in the store). As you mentioned already, as long as you are a Pro member you can't purchase games that you have claimed, so this is the best way to make it work currently. Or have the Pro subscription running out and then you can also buy the game. Otherwise if you don't want this, but the game does allow local-coop (examples are Get Packed or Mortal Kombat 11), then it's fine if only one person has it and you can both sit on the sofa (in the same room/flat) and play it together. Just another example. I think those are all the options you have, hope one of them works for you.

Google One subscribers can still get 3 months Stadia Pro, see here: Stadia Pro Extended Free Trial Offer for Google One Subscribers So first of all I would recommend here for you @Gyroso to check if you are eligible with these Terms & Conditions and to confirm if you have gotten these 3 months as an offer because you are using Google One. If that is the case, but are still unable to get 3 months instead of 1 month, it would probably be best to check this with the Stadia support as they may be able to help you further.
