Hey @Wakala, If you didn't buy your Hardware on the Google Store, it doesn't look like you'll receive a refund for it according to Google. You could still wait and see, since they are processing refunds until 18th January, but if you don't get a refund, you can still get in touch with bol.com and see if they can offer any assistance. Q: Will I get a refund? What is available for a refund? A: We will be offering refunds for all Stadia hardware purchases (Stadia Controller, Founder's Edition, Premiere Edition, and Play and Watch with Google TV packages) made through the Google Store and software transactions (games and add-on purchases) through the Stadia store. Stadia Pro subscriptions are not eligible for refund, however you will be able to continue playing your games in Pro without further charges until the final wind down date. Hey @Dncwalsim, You can check with your bank in this case. If the refund went through successfully (which can still take up 3-5 days, sometimes even longer), then the bank may have received the money. In case the refund is not successful, you would get an email from Google to ask you to provide an alternate payment method. Q: I no longer have the form of payment I used to make the purchase. How will I get a refund? A: In many cases, the banking institution will still accept the refund, and we recommend that you reach out to them to receive your funds. If the banking institution does not accept the refund, we will email you with instructions on the steps you’ll need to take to receive your refund. Source: Stadia Announcement FAQ Hope this helps!

Hey @Blaize, I would suggest to wait a bit and provide Google time to process the refunds. If you got an email from Google because the refund could not be processed to your original payment method and you have changed the payment method accordingly, then it still takes some time until the refund is processed to that alternate payment method that you provided. The best way to check your purchases and the statuses is pay.google.com. Additionally I also recommend this article, since a lot of questions are answered there as well: Stadia Announcement FAQ Hope this helps.

Hey @Gamerdude34, Google is making the refunds to the original payment methods that you have used back then to make the purchase. If that was a card that is expired now, the bank may still have gotten the money anyway, so best to check first with them. Be aware though that from the day you got the info that the refund has been done, it may take 3-5 days usually for the amount to appear in your bank. Google is also still working on the refunds, so I'd say, give them a bit more time and check with your bank in the meantime if they received the refund. Q: I no longer have the form of payment I used to make the purchase. How will I get a refund? Hey @octaviusaster, You can double check on pay.google.com which payment method you have used originally to make the purchases. That way you can check if they went all to the same or to different ones. Even if you used for example a card that is expired by now, Google will still try to refund the money to that card/bank, so they may receive the refund somehow. If the refund would be rejected, you would receive an email from Google with more instructions. It could also be that Google needs more time to process the refunds to your bank. Another thing you can check on pay.google.com is also how much you spend for everything, because maybe the difference in the amounts is explainable by purchases made with discounts/sales, so for example for some games you only paid like 5 quid, but it normally costs 50 quid, so maybe there is some confusion if you think then you should be refunded 50. In any way, I'd say to wait a bit longer and see if the rest of the money turns up. If not, get in touch with the bank first to confirm that only a specific amount has been refunded and see if they got the rest somehow and if not, you can also get in touch with the Google support team (should be really last option though, because the refunds can take up to 18th January). Hope this helps.

Hey @Peio, The two payment profiles shouldn't be an issue, because the refund will go back to the payment methods that you have assigned to one of these profiles (the one which you did the purchase with). In your case I would say, give them more time and if you still haven't got any refund, check with the issuer of your payment methods if they have received the money somehow. If the refund would be rejected by an issuer, then you would receive an email from Google. Here you can find some more help for specific questions around the refund situation: Stadia Announcement FAQ
