Hey @t0p, you was probably able to get Stadia, because it's available and working in Germany. But now that you moved to Thailand, it's not supported anymore so that might be a reason, why it's not working properly for you. Just to be sure, you could also of course ask the Stadia support if there is anything you can do regarding this. Stadia and the Stadia Controller are available in the following regions: United States Canada United Kingdom France Italy Germany Spain Sweden Denmark Norway Finland Belgium Ireland Netherlands At this time, Stadia is not supported in Hawaii or Guam. Puerto Rico and Alaska are supported. Source: This article

Hey  @Canabo (hope you speak english): I would recommend you to first try if you can get a refund via the normal procedure: Go to your order history on Google Play. Click the 3 dots on the right side of the game you want to refund. Click on "Request refund". You can also check out this site to find out how to get a refund. If this is not working, because of the refund policy, try to contact Stadia Support as Grace mentioned here in the forum: " We know that some users have recently purchased these two games for their collection. Because of the proximity between the launch of the platform, and the announcement of these titles in Stadia Pro, we're happy to assist you if you'd like to request a refund if you have purchased either or both of these titles, even if it's outside of our normal policy." Hey @BOCATIN, unless Google is taking Destiny 2 and Samurai Shodown out of the Stadia-Pro-Range, you are able to claim it for free if you are Stadia Pro member. But yeah, having the access code is necessary to do so, because with that one you are registering your account and you can activate the 3 month Stadia Pro for free. Normally the code is sent to you 2-3 days after the shipping is on the way to you, so I hope the best for you!

Hey @griever2008 that depends on how long the free games of November and December will be available for Stadia Pro. Google hasn't announced any removing date yet, but it might happen that the free November games are only available until Beginning/Mid/end of December. So as soon as you receive your access-code, I would try to claim the games asap to be sure if you want them.

Hey @DryRoastedLemon, you don't lose them permanently, they are just "frozen" and you can't play them anymore. But as soon as you reactivate your subscription you regain access to your claimed free games including the save data. What happens to my claimed free games if I’m no longer a Stadia Pro subscriber? If your subscription to Stadia Pro expires, you will lose access to your claimed free games. When you reactivate your subscription, you will regain access to your claimed free games with your save data intact. See here for more information.

Hey @Nasdan, I have a similar thing with my games: I am German, but my boyfriend is UK. Therefore we want to play our games in English, but my whole Google account + Stadia is in German. I figured out though yesterday, that it works when you just change the language of your chromecast in the Google Home App, just do the following: Open your Google Home App. Select the room where your device (chromecast) is set up. Click on the settings in the top right corner. Change the language under "language" to the one you want your games in. Open Stadia on TV and enjoy! This worked wonderfully yesterday for me. Our first two games in Mortal Kombat 11 were in German and then I switched to English by changing the Chromecast language.

Yeah I can't wait as well to see more games on Stadia, as the current 22 ones might not all be suitable for everyone of us, even though they are kinds of different genres. I can just hope that Stadia will bring more games soon to the platform. As you mentioned MMORPGs, @StevenRice, maybe Elder Scrolls Online might be one for you? There you have PvP battles as well, and this one should come "soon" to Stadia. But yeah, a bigger range of products would anyway be better, totally agree!

Hey @Siej, I understand your frustration. I can see what you mean, that you had the impression that you'll get more games for Stadia Pro, because you saw a lot of games on their site. Unfortunately Google didn't said there that not all of these games are for free and that most of them have to be purchased. You could have found though on one of the pages in the Google Store this nice picture which explains especially the difference between Stadia Pro and Stadia Base to get a better idea of the availability of games. Maybe Google should have put this one on the frontpage of Stadia, so that nobody gets confused.

@Zorrukk I think what creates confusion is the thing that as Stadia Pro Member you get some games for free and on some you can get a discount (the discount is meant on "normal" games that everyone can purchase). Even later (when Stadia Base is coming) you will always be able to purchase games anyway. But with "claims" I would consider claiming the free games like Destiny 2 as a Stadia Pro Member.

At the moment, Google is sending out the codes for customers who ordered in July, see here: " Hi, if you pre-ordered Founder’s Edition in June, and your form of payment has now been charged, your Stadia access code has been sent to you via email. We're now moving in sequence through the orders placed on or after July 1st. We'll post further updates on our social channels." So I guess you have to wait a bit longer, if you ordered in September and your package arrived successfully. If you don't want to wait anymore, you could try to contact Stadia support though as they might be able to send you the code, even if you ordered later than others.

Hey Will, Google is atm stating in the social media channels (Twitter for example): " Hi! We're now moving in sequence through the orders placed on or after July 1st. We'll post further updates on our social channels." Therefore I think it's worth to have a look on their social media channels to be kept updated. But the only thing you can do at the moment is just to wait or to contact the Stadia support. Hope though that they send yours out very soon.

I can understand that you would love to play Stadia with a G Suite account. Guess though that Google didn't made it available at launch, because G Suite accounts are normally for businesses and therefore it could be more important for Google to bring Stadia for the private Google accounts. If you're lucky, it will be available for G Suite soon, but in the helpcenter Google mentioned from the very beginning that Stadia is not for G Suite. Wish you the best though.

There is a US Google Store site already for the Google Claw (see here: https://store.google.com/us/product/power_support_holder_clip), but it's "coming soon" still with no release-date yet. Good to have in mind though: The claw might do some scratches to your controller when putting it off/on. Guess for EU though we need to wait even longer for the Claw.

True, @Br3akout, can totally understand that. Google mentioned though on Twitter (see here) that apparently some codes have been sent "out of order", so that means some July, August or later ordered customers have received a code even when we haven't got it yet. They should be sent out now in order according to Google, so I hope the best for you!
