Hey @Sukiki, yes, if you are not Stadia Pro member anymore, but resubscribe later, you can play that Pro-game that you claimed before, again. Although I am thinking that even if you have cancelled your Stadia Pro, you still should have access to it anyway, because after cancellation you are still Stadia Pro member until the date when it runs out (unless you have returned your founders/premiere edition). What happens to my claimed free games if I’m no longer a Stadia Pro subscriber? If your subscription to Stadia Pro expires, you will lose access to your claimed free games. When you reactivate your subscription, you will regain access to your claimed free games with your save data intact.
Guess not @Mr_Puffin, because all games that work with stadia have to be purchased on stadia.google.com or in the Stadia App. You can only buy games atm if you have an active Stadia account.

Hey @classicgamer, indeed as a Founder you should have gotten an extra buddy pass. Have you checked your Stadia App already? Normally the buddy pass should instantly pop up there. If it doesn't, you could try these steps to try to fix the Stadia App, but if this doesn't help, try to reach out Stadia support as they might have more steps for you or maybe they are even able to give you a new one.
Hey @FoxlukeITA, Rage 2 is published by Bethesda, so you could reach out their customer support via this site (select Rage 2 > "submit a ticket").

Hey @Deleted User, to 1) Stadia Base is coming early 2020, so if you return your premiere edition, your Stadia Pro will be cancelled. You might still have access at the moment, but I have no idea if you are in fact at the moment on Stadia base or if this is just temporary and soon you'll lose the access (maybe as soon as you get the refund). Here is some more information: If I return my Stadia Controller or Chromecast Ultra, will my subscription be cancelled? Will I be refunded for the Founder's Edition? If you return all of the contents of the Founder’s Edition within 15 calendar days after the day you received it, your 3-month Stadia Pro subscription will be cancelled and you'll be refunded for your purchase. Returning the Founder's Edition also means you'll lose access to the games you claimed as a Pro subscriber, your Founder's Stadia Name will revert to a standard Stadia Name, and your Founder's Badge will be removed. If the Buddy Pass included with your Founder's Edition has not been redeemed at the time of your return, the Buddy Pass and 3-month Stadia Pro subscription will be voided. If the Buddy Pass has been redeemed at the time of your return, the included three-month Stadia Pro subscription will be cancelled and the redeemer will lose their Stadia Pro benefits. What happens to my claimed games if I stop my Stadia Pro subscription? If you stop your Stadia Pro subscription, you'll lose access to the games that you claimed as part of Stadia Pro. If you later rejoin Stadia Pro, you will regain access to any Pro games you claimed in the past, but you won't be able to retroactively claim any games that had been offered while you were unsubscribed and are no longer available to claim. 2) You can just cancel the subscription like any other ones. Just follow the steps here. When you return your premiere edition though, the Stadia Pro subscription should be automatically cancelled (see above). 3) no idea, might be a permanent offer, that is a thing that only Google knows. You could leave feedback for this though, e.g. in the Stadia app or on stadia.google.com or even in the Google Store (store.google.com) that you would love an edition with a grey/black controller. 4) According to Google: Soon. 5) Yeah a lot of us have already left feedback for that, but at the moment Google doesn't announce a big roadmap. Maybe that's also better than promising something and not being able to hold on to that. At least new releases and upcoming Stadia Pro games are released at the moment a bit before and for general news, google normally also creates a post on their blog (blog.google).

Hey @Skymouth, (J'espère que vous comprenez l'anglais, mon français est un peu rouillé) what exactly have you ordered? To receive an activation code, you need to purchase the premiere edition (founders is sold out). If you only purchased a chromecast Ultra on it's own or a single controller, you wouldn't get an activation code. If you have done so, the only chance to get a code is if you get a Buddy Pass from anyone who has a founders edition. If you have purchased the premiere/founders edition and the hardware arrived at yours, but you still don't have a code, you can contact the Stadia support to request an activation code. Before you do that, check your primary email address bound to your Google account and check there also the Spam and Trash folder to make sure, the code has definetely not arrived. Hope this helps and wish you all the best and a happy new year!

Hey @ForzaMKX77, that would be great to see Stadia being available for more countries, but at the moment Google is saying: " Our goal is to make Stadia available to as many people as possible. We'll be sharing more details on additional countries in the near future." Therefore the only thing you can do at the moment is to leave feedback via stadia.google.com or in the Stadia App. If you don't have access to both, just open this article in the Stadia HC and click on "send feedback" in the bottom right corner.

Hey @CornBeef, Indeed, the addon itself is not reduced, only the base game or the Ultimate edition itself. If it's not too long ago, you could try to get a refund for the base game and then purchase the Ultimate edition directly. Here is how you can get a refund via the normal procedure: Go to your order history on Google Play. Click the 3 dots on the right side of the game you want to refund. Click on "Request refund". You can also check out this site to find out how to get a refund. If this is not working, because of the refund policy, try to  contact Stadia Support  as they might be able to grant an exception (in some cases, probably not in all).

Hey @Veauve, sorry to hear that you have issues with a disconnecting controller. I would recommend to first try these steps: Steps mentioned in this article in the Stadia HC. Check if your Stadia Controller was correctly set up or try to set it up again. Check your network for issues or try to reset your router. Check if your chromecast was correctly set up. If nothing helps, I would recommend to contact Stadia support as they might have more troubleshooting steps for you or they might even know if this is an issue. It could also be that your controller is defective and needs a replacement, but the support can better help you out with that. Wish you all the best!

You can have as many accounts as you want, but each Stadia account is bound to a Google account. Therefore if you want to have another (second) account, you have to create a Google account. But yes, you have to choose another email in this case, so either another email like @yahoo.com, @outlook.com or similar or even a new gmail-address. P.S.: Creating a gmail-address automatically creates a Google account.

Hey @Akitoe00b, Stadia Base (the free version of Stadia) is coming out in 2020. There is no exact date yet, but Google said it might be "early 2020". So this would be one option to play Stadia for free, the other one would be if you can get one of the Buddy Passes from a friend that has a Founder's edition, you get 3 months Stadia Pro for free (just remember to cancel this if you don't want to renew). That would be also an option to test Stadia. With Stadia Base you would be able to join Stadia for free, you might still need some of the requirements to play on specific places (e.g. a chromecast Ultra for your TV), see here what you need to play then. Here is a quick overview of Stadia Base in comparison to Stadia Pro: ¹Stadia Controller and Google Chromecast Ultra are required for play on TVs. ²Stadia requires Wi-Fi on all devices. At launch, Stadia supports Chrome OS tablets including Pixel Slate, Acer Chromebook Tab 10, and HP Chromebook X2. At launch, Stadia supports Pixel 2, Pixel 3, Pixel 3a, and Pixel 4 family phones. Availability and performance of gameplay features and services (including 4K, HDR, 60 FPS, and 5.1 surround sound) are network-, device-, and game-dependent, and may not be available for all games in all areas. See https://support.google.com/stadia for more details.

Hey @bbrian2, At the moment you have only the choice then to let your child play with your own account, if you don't want to buy a second premiere edition and you don't have any buddy passes that you could give to your son, because at the moment you can only play Stadia with a code. So you could either wait, until Stadia Base is coming, or allow him to play with your account. You could also contact the Stadia support for more information about this. 2020 it should be easier though when family sharing is available, because what I heard was that you can then share your Stadia Pro membership so that your family can profit from this on Stadia too. Here is some more info  How will family link integrate into stadia? Will you be able to share games with family members in order to play together? Or will I have to buy a separate copy of the game for each child? ANDREY: Family Link is supported on Day 1 to provide parents the ability to manage their child’s experience on Stadia. As a parent you have controls in your Family link app on the phone and the Stadia parental dashboard. Family Sharing is not supported on day 1, so you’ll have to buy games for your child’s account. But it’s a high priority feature, we’re planning to launch early next year.
Normally at American times 9am PST, which is in Europe around 5/6pm, but I guess it depends on the game, because the day has 24 hours, so Google has a wiiiiide range to release it today.

Hey @Black_Ice931, just tested that a few moments ago, you are able to delete accounts from Stadia, by clicking "X" (Remove Account) while the menu with the accounts is open. The thing is though, that the last used account on the TV for example will come up again normally. So if you turn the PC on and then use the Stadia controller to start Stadia, it automatically asks you with which account you want to login or if you want to add a new account. If your account doesn't have a PIN-code, anyone with the controller could just choose your account and play with that one. It's practically in my household for example, but in your case you don't want other people to be able to access your account, right? Then the best you could do is either deleting your account from Stadia, so that they have to add theirs to it or just use a PIN-Code, so that nobody can use your account (but you don't have to add it always again).

Hey @Veauve, no this is not possible at the moment. You can't even hide games nor delete them for now. What you could do is of course to delete the stadia account and that will delete all your Stadia data, including all games, purchases and your player profile, but I guess this is not what you had in mind.  But for the moment I would recommend to leave feedback via stadia.google.com or the Stadia App to make the developers aware that you would like such a feature.

Hey @sandwich_king1, it works like this: You get 3 months Stadia Pro for free, which will be automatically extended, when you don't cancel your Stadia Pro before it ends. If you still want to use Stadia Pro, you profit from discounts for Stadia games, you can claim games for free (apparently 2 each month at the moment) and you can enjoy 4k resolution (apparently not on all games atm) and Dolby Surround 5.1. If you cancel Stadia Pro, you'll be downgraded to Stadia Base next year, which means you can still play your purchased games and use the platform normally, but with less resolution and no Dolby Surround Sound anymore. You'll lose access to all free claimed Stadia Pro games though, but you can get access again to them if you either purchase those games (if available) or get Stadia Pro again. Hope this makes it a bit more clear for you!

Hey @Oddesy, yeah it looks like the Pro-discounts were removed. Probably, because those were the Black Friday offers. Guess though that more offers are coming soon towards christmas (christmas-sale for example). Maybe shortly after they added the other four games they wanted to add this year (see here), that would make sense at least, but it's just a thought.
