I have the actual version of Chrome ( Version 86.0.4240.183 (official build) (64-Bit)), so I guess there is a biiiig gap between your version on your older chromebox and Chrome. I guess also as you get that error message that there is no chance for you then to bring it to a higher version (you mentioned you have tried already to update Chrome). My only idea would be therefore to try a complete reinstall and maybe that way you get a more recent version, but when your chromebox doesn't allow newer versions, then you might need to update the main-software if possible or purchase a newer chromebox.

Can you try to follow the TS steps in the bottom of this Stadia article? It's just an idea that this might be why. As far as I know partial credit should work in Canada on full priced games, so it's weird that it doesn't work for you. Unless Google changed something maybe. Do you see any error message coming up, when you try to pay via the Stadia app on your Android phone? Usually I think as well that you can only use the funds in one of your accounts, so the one basically which is purchasing the game.

Sorry to hear this issue @nicofar98, my BF and me encountered the same issue with his controller at the beginning. For us a factory reset worked, so I would recommend, try first a hardware reset of the controller and then a factory reset.  If both is not working, check out with the Stadia support if there is anything else you can try as otherwise the controller might be faulty and needs to be replaced.

Hey @Xav2020, as long as your device is not shown on this list here, it's not officially supported (yet) for Stadia. When it's not supported though, you can still try it with the experimental mode which might make it work then, just be aware that - as it's unsupported - issues might still occur. More mobile devices will be made compatible with Stadia over time, even if they don't appear in the above list. To try playing Stadia on an Android device that is not currently supported, sign into the Stadia app Stadia icon on the device you want to try, open your Stadia settings, tap Experiments, then turn on Play on this device. This setting will only affect the device you set it on, and you can turn it off at any time. Note that your play experience may vary depending on your mobile device and network speed. If you like it might be also worth to let the Stadia developers know that you would love to see Stadia officially supported for your device. You can leave feedback by tapping your profile picture in the top right corner in the Stadia App or on stadia.google.com and click on "feedback".
Good question, but I agree, Shadows of Mordor I would love to have on Stadia too. Guess best we could do is asking the developers if they even plan to bring it to Stadia.

Hey @Birrael, as far as I understand you want to know how to remove games from your list that you don't want anymore. Hope it's fine to answer you in English, as my Spanish is a bit rusty. At the moment it's not possible to remove any games from your library or from the store that you don't want anymore. There is also no hide-option, so I guess best you can do here would be to leave feedback for the developers. You can simply tap your profile in the top right corner in the Stadia App or on stadia.google.com and press "feedback" to submit it.

Hey @djinnet-ch, sorry to hear, but I wonder that you're unable to cancel your subscription, because that shouldn't be any problem as it's not bound to a region usually. You can either cancel on the website or in the Stadia app: Can you try both according to this article? What you can also try: Go to play.google.com > My subscriptions and cancel it there (I included the direct link for you here). You can also try via pay.google.com (here is the direct link) to try to manage your subscription and cancel it. One of those mentioned ways should be able to work. If it still doesn't work, the only way would be to cancel by contacting the Stadia support. If it's not available for Switzerland-German, you can try to contact the English support, maybe that helps. If you can't contact the Stadia support, you can also try to contact the Play Support, maybe they have the ability to route you to the Stadia team or can do the cancellation also, it's worth a try at least. Wish you all the best.
As far as I know you can only use the Stadia controller to play games on your phone that you have in your Stadia app.

Hey @DayBreak,  as far as I can see in this article your steel series stratus duo controller seems to be not compatible yet with Stadia. So that might be why it doesn't work on the browser for you, but luckily it does on the mobile phone, because it is compatible with Android/iOS, but not with Chrome. I would recommend to contact the manufacturer of your controller to check out if they can do anything to make it compatible with Stadia and the Chrome Browser. Other gamepads may also work, depending on their compatibility with Chrome and Android. Also note that not all gamepads will be compatible with non-Pixel Android devices. Contact your device's manufacturer for information on which gamepads are compatible with your device.

If you check here the requirements for 4K for Stadia Pro, you basically have two options here from my point of view: Purchase a TV that is able to run 4K Run Stadia via Chrome on a Computer + 4K Monitor Run Stadia on a mobile phone that can play 4K As far as I understood you're thinking about hooking the Chromecast to a computer-monitor, but basically without using the PC. This is not possible as far as I can see, but you might give it a try by putting the Chromecast into the computer-monitor and see if it's running. But as far as I understand you need a TV to run the chromecast. I can't give any recommendations about good TV options, but you can either check out the internet for 4K TVs (guess you have a wide range to choose from, depending on the money you want to spend) or you go to a local store and ask one of the service-persons, to get an idea which TV could work well for you. Sometimes they also have some nice deals in the store, so might be worth a look at least.

Hey @spartacusmall, if you tried VPN already and this doesn't work, then you need to wait until Google launches Stadia in Singapour. Stadia usually doesn't work in unsupported countries and if VPNs doesn't help either (which I would never recommend anyway as Google probably has restrictions against them too), there is nothing you can do apart from waiting and leaving feedback to Stadia (click your profile pic in the top right corner of the Stadia app and click on "feedback")  that you would love to see it in Singapour.

Hey @Mattlaren, you might get that error, because keyboard + mouse doesn't work anymore for PUBG, see here: On Oct. 6, the Stadia mouse and keyboard matchmaking pool will be closed. Since launch, Stadia has given us the ability to reach a wider audience for new and returning players on an additional platform. As the service evolved, we found that a predominant amount of our players preferred to play with a controller. Due to this, we’ve decided to focus on the Stadia controller matchmaking pool, helping maximize our Battle Royale experience for players and giving them the best experience possible. While the consolidation of both matchmaking pools was explored, we felt that keeping a controller only queue was critical to upholding the competitive integrity of the player experience, as is the case with all our platforms. For refunds of content purchases, please contact Stadia Support at  http://g.co/stadia/help  to get in touch with an agent. To find out if that's the issue, can you use your controller for example to still play PUBG on your computer via Chrome?

I can't tell with the controller, because so far I played it on Chrome with Mouse and keyboard. But Early Access feedback is especially appreciated by Larian (developer of BG3), they mentioned they know a lot of bugs already and working on getting them fixed, but if you are unsure if they know about your specific Stadia bug, it would be worth to check out with them and letting them know. You can do this here for example on their website (bottom). Might also be worth, because it's a Stadia issue to let the developers of Stadia know as well. You can do so by tapping your profile in the top right corner in the Stadia App or on stadia.google.com. Therefore you would make both sides aware of it.

Hey @Khalid_Salad, usually the developers are the ones who bring the achievements for a game to Stadia, so it might be a game-issue, in which case I would recommend to contact the support of the developers to let them know. Can also be a Stadia issue though, I am not sure. You could reach out to the Stadia support team to see if they are aware of any issue about this, but if not, I would simply recommend to leave feedback for the developers if it maybe needs an adjustment by them. To leave feedback in Stadia, simply right-click your profile picture in the top right corner of the Stadia App or on stadia.google.com and tap on "feedback".

Hey @inlead, @Mythal and @GeneralET, if you can't find any ingame option to switch the language to another one, try this: General language options through your Google Account Stadia works as many other Google products. Usually the language is determined by the language chosen in your Google Account. To change that language, simply follow the instructions in this helpcenter-article. When playing on Chromecast You can change the language of your chromecast in the Google Home App, just do the following: Open your Google Home App. Select the room where your device (chromecast) is set up. Click on the settings in the top right corner. Change the language under "language" to the one you want your games in. Open Stadia on TV and enjoy! Hope this helps!

Hey @monstergamer213, first of all, Elder Scrolls Online was only available for free with Stadia Pro from 16th June to 16th July. So the offer is gone by now, which means that you don't get the base game for free anymore with Stadia Pro. (see here) If you buy the Greymoor Collectors edition on Stadia though you get access to the following: The Digital Collector's Edition includes Elsweyr CE, Summerset CE and Morrowind CE (Chapters + CE content) as well as the Base Game. And of course the Greymoor update. More details you can find in the Stadia Store. Tip: To play TESO on Stadia, you'll first need to create an Elder Scrolls Online account (if you don't already have one) at https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/ and then link it to Stadia at stadia.com/linkaccount. And games you are purchasing on Stadia, you will always be able to play and keep, no matter if you have Stadia Pro or not. Only difference would be that Stadia Pro has the possibility to play games in 4K (if your device provides this) and Dolby Surround 5.1. Hope this answers your questions, but let us know if we can help any further!
