Hi @AngheLduzs  Stadia offer full reimbursement for any game as long as you have the following requirement: The game should have been purchased less than 14 days ago You must have less than 2 hours of gameplay     You have two options to ask the reimbursement In the Stadia app   On your mobile device, sign into the Stadia app. At the top right, tap your Stadia avatar. Tap   Purchases & subscriptions. Under "Transaction history", tap the item for which you would like to request a refund.   Tap   Request Refund.   On stadia.com   On your computer, sign into your account on   stadia.com. At the top right, click your Stadia avatar. Click   Stadia settings then Purchases & subscriptions. Under "Transaction history", click the item for which you would like to request a refund. Hi @FrankTank , try the Direct link to the avenger store listing by tapping here here if this doesn't work (and you are not able to access the content) it is possible that you are currently in one area not covered by availability of the game, another options is that you modified you age and now is set at belog 16 (PEGI rating for the game) or maybe you were playing using a family share no more available? Let me know if any of the following steps works for you!

Hey @skuggan74 , one quick question! Do you have multiple wifi on your home? Like 2.4ghz and 5ghz with the same name? in order to be able to connect the controller to the device (chromecast/GGTW) your controller should stay in the same network, some router split the Wifi in two separate network with the same name and something it can happen that the controller is linked to one (let's say the one with 2.4ghz) and the device on your tv with the other, check if both devices are connected to the same network, this may solve the issue

At the moment you can only use your phone as a controller only if you play using Stadia App in the same phone, this will enable the touch controls and let you play without needing a real controller. The phone can't be used as a controller while playing on TV or PC. The only exception to this I think is Just Dance, that should let you play using your phone

Have you tried to delete app data? maybe it somehow got corrupted, From your phone settings search applications, then look for Stadia, you should find something like memory management or similar, inside this menu you can find "clear cache" and "clear app data" by doing this you will be logged out and all the associated data will be deleted. Log again using your Google account and try again!
And also don't forget that you have what it takes

Ciao @andrien  Vediamo se riesco a spiegarti bene, in pratica fare le fatality è la parte "complicata" di Mortal Kombat, le fatality richiedono il giusto tempismo e la giusta distanza per essere eseguite Come vedi negli screenshot di @RXShorty puoi trovare la lista delle fatality per ogni personaggio direttamente nel menù in gioco, ma cominciamo dalle basi. Intanto puoi eseguire una fatality solo a fine round, dopo aver sconfitto il nemico, quando nella schermata appare la famosa scritta "Finish him", a questo punto hai pochissimi secondi per eseguire la combinazione di tasti necessaria ad eseguire la fatality. Ma la cosa buona è che esiste una modalità per allenarti a farle all'interno di MK11!   Nel menu principale trovi la voce "Palestra" Cliccando all'interno trovi la voce "Allenamento alle fatality" Dopo aver scelto il personaggio del quale vorrai provare le fatality e quello che dovra subirle, ti ritroverai alla scelta del livello, come se fosse una normale partita, ma il tuo avversario sarà già nello stato sconfitto e pronto a ricevere la fatality! in più a schermo troverai le indicazioni su come eseguirla, a terra verrà illuminato un rettangolo con la posizione entro il quale il tuo personaggio deve stare per quella fatality (nelle guide spesso trovi le distanze come vicino, medio e lontano, ma in questa modalità vedrai proprio le distanze esatte) In questa modalità inoltre potrai disabilitare il tempo massimo per la fatality in modo da avere tutto il tempo per fare le prove necessarie, considera che in questo istante stavo usando la tastiera, quindi vedi le lettere A D A I invece dei tasti del controller, ma nel tuo caso troverai quelli! Una volta padroneggiato in modalità pratica le fatality sarai in grado di eseguirle tranquillamente durante il gioco! Le fatality con L2/R2 invece sono quelle che puoi fare con i chip Fatality facile Ma questi fanno parte dello store e vanno acquistati, ogni chip è valido per un solo utilizzo e possono essere acquistati con i cristalli temporali, che a loro volta vengono acquistati con soldi reali, quindi ti consiglio di imparare a farle nel modo normale!

Hey @Scorrettoni  If the issue is happening only on Outward it seems like that is something publisher related, if you can't reproduce the same on any other game, you should try to file a bug report to Outward developers since they need to patch the game to fix it https://www.reddit.com/r/outwardgame/comments/b5pc14/outward_we_setup_a_form_for_bug_reporting_thank/ However if you are able to reproduce the same in several games this could mean that something else is wrong! have you tested if you have the same issue in some other games?

You need to be sure that both controller and tablet are connected with the same network, in this case you may have two network disguised as one, what I did to fix was in my case to split the two networks by giving a different name to the 2.4 MyNetwork (5ghz) MyNetwork 2.4 (2.4ghz) Then I made sure that both were able to connect to the same (I have an old laptop connecting only to 2.4 so I used the latter)

Once you have bought games (or redeemed by PRO subscription) you will be able to browse game you own from your TV!

The Chromecast coming with the Premiere is a Chromecast Ultra without GoogleTV, I don't think you can connect it with a chromecast remote since it is meant only to Cast on it and not to have a navigable UI, the only navigable UI in this case that you have is Stadia, and you can navigate through it using the controller you find in the Premiere

Hi @NooBiSi, By checking on Ubisoft page https://store.ubi.com/it/ubisoftplus/games it seems that Just dance is not part of the Ubisoft plus subscription. However both JustDance 2020 and 2021 are available on Stadia, so if Ubisoft decide to add those game to the subscription, you will be able to play those on Stadia free of charge!
