Hi @ExE_CuToR , Asking the refund for a purchase done with the 10€ discount will give you back only the amount exceeding the discount, so in your case, since the purchase is less than the discount amount requesting a refund will only remove your access to the game, once the discount is used it can't be recovered by refund. Eligible customer accounts will be contacted within 3 working days of order completion with instructions to redeem. Participants must be 18 or older with a delivery address in the UK. Redemption window closes 16/12/2021 at 23:59pm. But I wasn't able to find the full terms anywhere (for example what qualify you as Eligible customer)

Hi @ShadowDancer  When you start a game, if you tap on the Stadia button in the controller, you will open the right menu, there you will find the connection icon, if you tap on that it will tell you "why" the 4k resolution is not available, but here you can find some common issue not related to connection: Are you using the power cable shipped with the chromecast ultra?  Using other adapters or even powering your CCU from TV can cause the CCU to not have enough power to fully use 4k capabilities, so be sure to use the correct cable. Did you switch HDMI port?  Some TVs have several port, some enabled for 4K data and some not, so if you changed your CCU port try also the others to check if it is the case. Your CCU have enough space to cooldown? If the space between your TV and the wall is too small the CCU may overheat and cause some issues, keep this in mind while positioning the CCU, check if it is too much hot. And for last, try to do a speedtest with your CCU, you can find some ideas here on how to do it, your connection may be the same, but your CCU may be odd position  and the signal may not reach it properly (if you are using ethernet cable, please ignore this part) Hope you can solve your issue!

hey @r3volt97  After starting a game you can enter Stadia menu by tapping Shift+tab, this will bring up the side menu, there you can see the "connection icon" here you can see in orange in my case "connessione" (Italian for connection) Tapping on the Icon will give you insight on why 4K is not working, as you can see here in my case 4K is deactivated and it say (translating) "Not supported by device" Since you are using chrome, there could be several factors if this is your case, you can check this article on stadiasource https://stadiasource.com/article/450/Play-Stadia-in-4K-on-Chrome-Browser to see if it will fit for you! If you have some other kind of error please share here your issue written in 4K button!

Unless they are completely unable to fix what they did is highly improbable that you may get a refund for an old game, think for example some online-only game that later in their lifecycle got the server shut down permanently. Stadia offer full reimbursement for any game as long as you have the following requirement: The game should have been purchased less than 14 days ago You must have less than 2 hours of gameplay All the other situation can be discussed case by case with the support
