Hi @CodeBrewer  I'm able to fully use Stadia on chromecast for my son with family sharing! so let's try to understand what is going on here First of all make sure you have a family group active Before you can use family sharing, you'll need to create a Google family group with the same email address you used to set up your Stadia account. You'll also need to add a family payment method to the group before games can be shared among its members. You can check if your family is created correctly here    g.co/YourFamily then, you need to manage your family also on Stadia from your main account: On stadia.com Sign into your account on   stadia.com. At the top right, select your avatar, then Stadia settings. Select   Family, then   Get started. Follow the instructions to create a family group and add a family payment method. In the Stadia app On your mobile device, open the Stadia app   . At the top right, tap your avatar. Tap   Family , then   Get started. Follow the instructions to create a family group and add a family payment method. There could be something else to do but make sure you followed all the steps on this page https://support.google.com/stadia/answer/9810862?hl=en#zippy=%2Cin-the-stadia-app%2Con-stadiacom Let me know if after following those steps you are still not able to have your son playing on Stadia!

Sembra che ci sia un bug noto con ARK che previene il cambio lingua, purtroppo è un problema del gioco non risolvibile se non dagli sviluppatori del gioco stesso senza un opportuna patch, puoi vedere questo post con la risposta suggerita di Ivan dove indica anche il sito del supporto di Ark https://community.stadia.com/t5/Stadia-General/ARK-language/m-p/77986/highlight/true#M31891

It looks like you didn't use the link suggested by AndroiFy, that is the dedicated stadia support, while from the reply it seems that you used the Google Pay support instead! From  https://support.google.com/stadia/gethelp you can get directly connected by chat to the support, they may have more insight on your account, this is the community forum we can help you if it is something that you can fix on your own, but for the billing speaking with the actual support is the best option

@StaffCommunity  Other than Ivan and RXShorty suggestion, just to exclude the issue is in the controller itself, have you tried with mouse/keyboard? do you see the same issue? another test you can do, is to connect the controller using wireless connection, to do so, tap on the controller icon and then after turnin on the controller input the sequence you see on your monitor while the pad light is flashing white

Hey @fthekat504 , You don't really need anything more than chrome browser to play on PC, it works on any OS so no need to change your OS to play, and you are able to use your mouse and keyboard or any HID compliant gamepad while on PC (I tried with PS3/XboX and a spare Moba controller that I had) also I tried Stadia with Chrome OS too on chrome browser! do you find any issue with that?

Tap   Purchases & subscriptions. Under "Transaction history", tap the item for which you would like to request a refund. Tap   Request Refund.   On stadia.com On your computer, sign into your account on   stadia.com. At the top right, click your Stadia avatar. Click   Stadia settings then Purchases & subscriptions. Under "Transaction history", click the item for which you would like to request a refund. I'm sad reading that the refund is not possible since the purchase date is what matters for the refund request, but regarding the missing translation is the producer that decides which version to upload in the platform, you can try to check with rockstar support and ask if there is any deadline for the translation for Red Dead Redemption 2 on Stadia https://support.rockstargames.com/ Another suggestion (in order to avoid future issues with your purchases) is to check the store listing, after the game description you will found other informations like the languages supported and so on!

Hey @Lando If it is possible try on chrome, or disable all the extensions you may have in Microsoft edge, (incognito mode should work) usually I don't have any issue with playing on a computer, but several things may go wrong, maybe some background process using bandwidth without you knowing out? (I.E. there is an issue with location services on mac os where the connection is often disabled for few instants to check the position)

Test another network  (IE if you are on 5ghz, test on 2.4ghz, or a complete different network if it is possible, like at a friend or using you phone hotspot) Test with ethernet cable (using the chromecast power adapter or from a computer) Also you may want to try to reset your Chromecast too other than the controller! https://support.google.com/chromecast/answer/6254654
