I had a LOT of failed refunds, including to a bank that was closed down like yours. I know for software, it took weeks (maybe 4 or 5 weeks) after the refund was declined before I got emails to fix payment methods. With my hardware it was much faster, maybe a week or less. So if you haven't gotten it, keep looking for it to come. Unfortunately, Google and Stadia support don't really seem to want to answer a lot of questions about the refunds, because they feel like it's too many people to deal with and they think they're doing the best they can. It stinks when it's not working though. But keep checking for an email from them for the refunds that failed.

It's supposed to say zero. When you guys see that all it is saying is the total (left over) is zero. So if you paid $59.99 for CP 2077, it shows $59.99, then -$59.99 represents your refund, and the balance is zero. If it says refunded, then go look for that $59.99 in your account. It should say under the refund what account it was refunded to. Look at my example. I paid for CP2077, they refunded it. Refund went to PayPal. (It actually went THROUGH PayPal to a closed bank account. But the bank sent it back to my PayPal balance, and I was able to transfer it to a current account. If it says "Refund Declined" then keep your eye out for an email to your Stadia email address. They will ask you to update the payment method to get your refund. Stadia Refund example

@TheAnnouncerthey'll eventually send you a separate email for every transaction that failed. When you go into any one of them it will take you to a page to update the payment method for the refund. It took me almost 2 weeks to get the emails, and then there was a glitch during the update, so I have no idea if it worked, because they don't email you to say anything like "Thanks for updating your payment method, we will process your refunds again". So I'm just waiting now, as it's been a couple of days. But they will send you an email, it just takes a while.

@jsc315it took me almost 2 weeks after the failed refund to get my emails. When they send you the emails you should get the choice to update the payment method for the refund at that time. I did the process, but my screen just kept spinning for about 20 minutes after I did the update. Then when I refreshed all it said is "You have no refunds". So I don't know if it worked or failed, but all my listed refunds that previously failed, just disappeared. They don't send you a new email to say "Hey we got your update, and will process your refunds again". And so far (it's been 2 days) they haven't refunded them yet to the new payment method I added. So it's just a waiting game, and no updates from Google to let you even know it worked. It really stinks.

The refunds are going to be a problem, and you might have to do some checking and chasing to make sure you get everything. One thing someone posted that was MOST useful to me was the pay.google.com link. This is the BEST link for seeing all of the activity, all of the items they marked as refunded, and most importantly if you click on the transaction the information opens up on the sidebar so you can see WHERE they refunded it to. I have some that right now just say "Refund Declined" so I am hoping Google will contact me about those.

The answer is no, there's no option to pick up where you left off in the Beta. I doubt Google even saved individual game saves from the Beta, there wouldn't be any reason for them to do that not knowing when exactly it would become a real platform, and not knowing if the Beta users would join Stadia or if they would buy AC Odyssey if they did join.  I was in the Beta, I just bought it and started from scratch. I WISH they had cross-platform save, so I could get my PC save game. Even attaching your Ubisoft account doesn't help. I was planning to replay it anyway, but it would have been nice to have the New Game+ option. So I'm level 99 on PC and probably level 64 or something like that in the mastery levels. But I'm now level 10 on Stadia, lmao!

@Mohamedztema In the ?Stadia In The New Year" update, they said they will announce February Pro games toward the end of this month, so don't expect anything for at least another week and maybe a little longer. Quote from the update: " There is a lot more in store for this year. In the meantime, we hope gamers are gearing up for some great new games and experiences. Toward the end of this month, we will share more about the games coming to Stadia Pro in February."

SOOOO... I was messing around in my community profile settings, and realized there's actually a setting for this! If you go to My Settings, and then Preferences, then go to the Kudos tab, from there you can choose from different time ranges for kudos to show. Guess I should play around on the forum more, lol! Sorry for the poor quality of the pic!!

@BlueSheep223 Get the order information from the person who bought it and contact Google store support. If they have your order info and the serial number for the controller in your order, once they verify if a code was sent and if it was or wasn't used, they can probably help you get a new code. I think I've seen a few similar threads on here and one or two had it resolved that way.

@FranciscoPiRaM if the "Explore" page of your app shows the buddy pass envelope with a check mark on it, then you've generated it and it will expire in 3 months. If it doesn't have a check mark, then you haven't generated it.  They haven't told us yet if you have a time limit on when you have to generate it, so for the time being your probably safe. But you could also send it to your friend whether they're on vacation or not. They will have 3 months to activate it after you send it. So that should be plenty of time.
