My hunch is that the controller assumes that it will be using the wired connection while the USB cable is connected rather than searching for a WiFi connection.  Are you charging off of a standard power adapter or some manner of computing device? I wonder if that might make a difference.

I don't currently see the Stadia app listed there either - but it shows up on a cached version of the page courtesy of a Google search. I don't know if it was only available for a brief time or what.  In any case, I haven't been able to find out anything concrete regarding an iOS beta other than a few articles and (unofficial) posts mentioning the Preview Apps thing. As far as I can tell, no one has actually gotten access to a beta version for iOS. The official Stadia account on Twitter just says to "stay tuned."

@Babaganuche7 I've successfully played on a mobile hotspot before so that might be an option if you've got solid cellular service. Just be very mindful of data usage - would suck to blow through a monthly data allowance and then be stuck with no or extremely slow data.
That's disappointing to hear. In that case you might want to open a support ticket with 2K. They're ultimately responsible for the game content: https://support.2k.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

@Wybe a few things you might try: Press and hold the controller's Stadia button for 4 seconds to turn it off. Then press the button for 1 second to turn it back and and see if it will automatically reconnect. If that doesn't work, press and hold the controllers Stadia button for 8 seconds to perform a power-off reset. Again, press the button for 1 second to turn it back on and see if it works again. If all else fails, factory reset the controller as described here.   Let us know how it goes!

@Maverick814 You mention issues on Chromecast and your phone; any problems playing in the Chrome browser on your computer?  And by "landline" do you mean an Ethernet cable run between the Chromecast and the router or are you talking about something else? Honestly, using a wired connection really seems to resolve a lot of the Chromecast-specific complaints that we've been seeing. You might also want to check out some of the troubleshooting tips here and make sure that ports 44700 - 44899 (TCP and UDP) aren't being restricted.

@GreatScout That sounds like there might be something screwy with the USB-C connection between the phone and the controller. Does your phone display a notification about "charging connected device" when you connect the controller? If so, try tapping it to see if you can get to the USB Preferences and change the mode. Failing that, you might also try a different USB-C cable and/or making sure there isn't any debris stuck in the phone's USB-C port.

@Xevioso I think that the Kudos counts might be on a rolling update so that older Kudos drop off as time goes on. Your profile page (https://community.stadia.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2583) still shows the total number of earned Kudos. Just my hunch though. I don't think that the mods/staff are doing anything to deliberately remove Kudos, I think it's just the way that this third-party forum platform behaves. @chiara Where did you purchase The Stadia? And did you purchase the Premiere Edition ($129) or just the controller ($69)?

@Jordan1 The Claw showed up this morning. I haven't had a chance to play any games with it but I did test attaching/detaching it a few times without creating any new marks on the controller. The part of the mount that grabs onto the controller has a bit of softer padding along the inside so it shouldn't cause any marks while it's attached to the controller, but putting it on and taking it back off requires a bit of stretching and that might include dragging the outside edge of the "hook" along the controller's surface. I could definitely see that scuffing things up over time if you're not careful.  I'd just say be careful with putting the controller into and out of the clip, and remove the clip when you're not using it so it doesn't have extra time to rub against the controller.

@TheBaron002 For now (at least) Stadia won't allow you to play games on iOS - you'll need to play in a Chrome browser or on a Chromecast instead.

@MarkusXM There isn't currently a way to remove or hide claimed games from your library. I'm also a bit frustrated by a cluttered library of games I don't intend to play so I'm hoping that this is something that will be added soon.  Please be sure to suggest this via the in-app feedback option as well!

@Babaganuche7 Try clearing the defaults for the Stadia app: Settings > Apps & notifications > See all apps > Stadia > Advanced > Open by default > Clear defaults. I believe you'll get prompted for whether or not to open the app the next time you connect the controller but you should be able to tell it "no, never" to prevent that from happening. I don't have my controller handy to confirm so please let me know how it goes!

@Stadiums Can you check on your router to be sure that both the controller and ChromeCast are being assigned IPs on the same subnet? Depending on the network configuration, wired clients could be in a different DHCP scope from the wireless ones For what it's worth, I've got my CCU wired to one of my Google WiFi nodes and it works beautifully with the controller.
@atienza87 The best and most-supported option will be to (re)install Chrome using the .deb package provided directly by Google.

@RumRush When switching from the Chromecast to your phone, did you hold the controller's Stadia button for 4 seconds to shut it down (and disconnect from the Chromecast) first? It sounds like that's required in order to switch screens between Chromecast and phone: https://support.google.com/stadia/answer/9612758

@Visionary If the game supports local multiplayer then you should be able to have multiple controllers connected to the same game session (so I think the Samurai Shodown scenario should work - though I'm not 100% sure if that's been implemented yet). But you can only have one active session per account which would rule out the Destiny 2 scenario. There is some information in the FAQ: How many controllers can I use at the same time? Your Stadia account will support up to four Stadia controllers during local multiplayer game play. I am a Founder and have redeemed my code to access and create an account on Stadia. Is there a limit on how many compatible devices I can use? You can play on any compatible device, but you can only have one session active at a time across all your devices.
