Hi @Kurodani, Having a touch screen shouldn't be an issue here. I do most of my Stadia'ing on touchscreen Chromebooks - though of course those are running Chrome OS instead of Windows. Still, it seems like the browser code should be the same.  Have you tested with the Edge browser to see if the pointer lock works any better there? If that works, you might see if using Stadia in a Chrome Incognito window also works. Let me know how it goes!

@JackBasford2002 we're going to need some more information in order to better assist you. Let's start with: Did the controller previously work and just stopped working, or are you having problems with the controller when trying to use it for the first time? What "screen" are you trying to use the controller on - computer, Chromecast, mobile phone, etc.? Have you already tried the tips here for recovering an unresponsive controller? - https://support.google.com/stadia/answer/9584135

From chatting with some other Guides, it really sounds like the issue has to be either with your local network or with your internet connection.  I know it feels like I'm asking a lot of questions and we're not really getting anywhere. It's unfortunately quite challenging to remotely diagnose a network issue without access to that network. I have to rely solely upon you to provide accurate details about your setup and symptoms so that we can methodically work through eliminating variables and eventually arrive at a solution. Please work with me on this. I'm genuinely trying to help you here, but I need your help to be able to do that.  The more details you can provide, the better.  What steps did you take to rule out the router as a potential problem? Did you try powering down the router for 30 seconds and then powering it back on? It may seem silly and pointless, but trust me, that can often help to correct all sorts of issues. Even if the problem comes back after a little while, it's an important step that can help to narrow the scope of the investigation. And it would be quite helpful if you could tell us the manufacturer and model of the router, type of internet connection (cable, fiber, etc), and the name of your ISP. We Guides have spent a lot of time helping thousands of Stadia users troubleshoot their home networks, and we've seen some combinations of devices and providers that just don't work well for various reasons. I'd love to be able to rule out your router and service provider so we can focus our efforts elsewhere. Thanks for hanging in there!

In that case you may want to check out the Google Play help community here: https://support.google.com/googleplay/community  The folks there should know more about how all that Google Play stuff works.

Hi @dbschr, I'm really sorry to hear that you've run into this issue. Were you able to find out anything from contacting your bank? There's unfortunately not much that the members of this community can do to assist with payment-related issues since that's all very account-specific. I'd recommend continue trying to work this out between Stadia support and your bank to figure out what went wrong and the best way to correct it.   You may also want to use the Feedback option from within the Stadia app to share your experience with the developers so they can look into ways to keep this from happening in the future.

Hi @Soyyonotu,  When you purchase a game (on Stadia or any other platform), there's always the chance that it will be discounted or available through a promotion in the near future. Stadia generally doesn't provide any recourse if that happens. If you own a game, you own it, and you don't really benefit from future discounts or promotions on that title. You could try for a refund if you're within the period and meet the requirements: https://support.google.com/stadia/answer/9598538  You can always wait to see if it might be free the next month; if it isn't, though, do you wait another month or go ahead and buy the game so you can enjoy it?  Personally I go ahead and buy the game when I want to play it. If it becomes free the next month, great - I've already been enjoying it and now other people get to check out a great game they probably wouldn't have otherwise played; if not, that's great too since I've been enjoying the game without having to wait!

Is your son trying to connect the controller to the same devices (iPhone, laptop, Google TV) that you've been using?  Have you gone through these steps to add your son's account to the Google TV device? https://support.google.com/stadia/answer/9580352  Once the account is added, you should be able to just power on the controller, connect with the linking code, and then choose which account to play with. My wife and I are able to switch between our Stadia accounts on the same controller and Google TV in this way.

Hi @n3, As I understand it, the Stadia Controller will work with the Nvidia Shield in the same way that it works with any other supported Android TV or Chromecast device. So to answer your questions: The Stadia controller has dedicated buttons for Stadia-specific features, like screen captures or interacting with the Google Assistant. It also may provide a lower-latency connection - more on that in a moment. The built in mic on the Stadia controller does not work for voice chat. It's really only used for voice interactions with the Google Assistant. You'd need to use an additional wired headset for voice chat. Yes, the voice chat should work just fine with your headset connected to the Stadia Controller. The Stadia controller connects using WiFi directly to the Stadia instance hosting your game, bypassing your Nvidia Shield (or computer, or Chromecast) completely. This can provide lower input latency since the control inputs aren't first being process locally. That also means that your voice chat connection goes straight to The Cloud; the device actually displaying the game stream doesn't matter. And yes, the Stadia Controller will vibrate. Again, it's connecting to the gaming instance in The Cloud, not your Nvidia hardware. You can learn more about the Stadia Controller here: https://support.google.com/stadia/answer/9565956  I hope that helps!

@Fogas based on the referral program FAQ, the reward will be automatically applied to your ongoing Pro subscription. If you don't have an active Pro subscription, you'll need to sign up for one in order to apply the reward. How will I receive my reward for inviting someone to Stadia? An email with information about your reward will be sent to the email address associated with your Stadia account. Rewards like extra Stadia Pro subscription time will be automatically applied to your account if you have an active subscription to Stadia Pro. If you don't have an active Stadia Pro subscription, you'll have to sign up for Stadia Pro before you can receive additional subscription time.

Hi @Maxs , Have you tried reaching out to Stadia support? I ran into an issue with the R2 trigger on one of my controller sticking, and they were able to set me up with a free replacement pretty quickly. That replacement as well as the two others I've got have been going strong since then with no issues. Contact Us - Stadia Help

Hi @Steved , When the Google Wifi reboots, is that just one node or do they both restart? Aside from these apparent crashes, have you tried (cleanly) restarting your Google Wifi network by using the Restart network option in the Google Home / Google Wifi app?  Does it make a difference whether your controller and iPad are connected to the primary Google Wifi node (the one wired to your modem) or the mesh point? You might be able to force which node the devices connect to by powering off the devices, moving to be closer to one node or the other, and then powering the devices back on.

Hi @Midnight_Luv , This does sound to me like something that should be addressed by the game's developer (Ubisoft), particularly since other games don't exhibit the same issue for you and other users have reported the same poor performance with Breakpoint. I would encourage you to use the in-app feedback option to share your experience with the Stadia team, but I think you'll also want to reach out to Ubisoft to politely ask them to patch the game to improve its performance.
@TheRealTime Can you see if clearing the data for the Google Play services app does anything for this issue? That seemed to help another user who recently reported a similar problem.
