Please note that if you buy a game you don't need Stadia Pro to play it.

As @MrVacca stated they will probably game just fine with Stadia, but I don't think they are officially supported.
My cousin has a Motorola Edge which works great with the Stadia app.

But I know some games do share DLC, so not sure why this game isn't working with sharing DLC. You can also try to buy the DLC on your brothers account next time there is a sale.

So please note Stadia Pro does not gives you access to all the games on the Stadia platform. But you can claim games with Pro which are for you to play as long as your Pro subscription is active. Every month you are getting new games to claim.

Could you try running Stadia in Chrome incognito window? If this helps something is causing issues like a plugin cookies/offline files.
