Hi @Neilyboy  The offer is valid for the purchase between  September 26, 2021 7:01am GMT and October 10, 2021 6:59am GMT. Unfortunately, this is not valid for previous purchase. Games may only be returned one time, so if you return a purchased game for a refund and subsequently re-purchase it, you will not be entitled to a refund. However, I don't see the cross play / cross saving option.  

Hi @MidNightLeel  Not sure why, but I believe it will be a great new feature for Stadia profiles. The quickest way to let Stadia team know about your request is to submit feedback. You should submit from Stadia app or Browser (icon profile > feedback)!

The Razer one is not mentioned    Not all gamepads are compatible with every Android TV, Google TV or non-Pixel Android devices. For information on which gamepads are compatible with your device, contact the device's manufacturer. C heck for firmware or software updates from the manufacturer for bug fixes and improvements on the controller.

Hi @REC127  On which device are you using the Switch controller? I can see that the controller is not available for all devices here: Stadia-compatible gamepads and screens  If you are using Xiaomi phone, this option is not available. In the same link, you can see for each controller the device supported. Stadia controller will work on all platform, but not sure on mibox.

Did you check your spam email? Did you reach Oneplus support to understand from which email you should receive the promotional code?

Ciao @DocSam  Did you see the same issue on WiFi and Ethernet? Did you test on other devices? Did you try the article-troubleshooter https://support.google.com/stadia/answer/9595943?hl=it ? Did you change the quality of resolution on settings? Same results? What ping do you record at that specific time?

Hi @LazyBoy6412  You should be able to use debit/credit cards. You should be able to purchase with Google Play credit. Do you have an error message on pay.google.com? Did you try using your Android device to purchase using credit?

Hi @reedrainer  Unfortunately, this is by design by Bungie. You can cross-save to carry your progression between multiple platforms, but you'll need to buy again the DLC / Season Pass for each platform.
