@juanguipg  As I follow up, I asked the the Stadia team. All games are available in all countries, but the price may vary.

Hi @XxLeperconBotxX  in short: No. As long as the App is not available on iOS and iPadOS and as long that there is no "reak" Chrome browser, you are not able to use Stadia on an iPad.

(https://twitter.com/googlestadia).    I'd encourage you to reach out to the game's developer. Based on  this tweet , they're focusing on PC and PS4 for right now but would like to expand to other platforms in the future. It's a decision which they will need to make, not Google.
