"Cogent Communications" is not a very common national operator (such as Movistar, Orange, Vodafone), so it must be one that only operates in very specific parts of Spain, which can harm the connection at different levels. This may also use cgnat or other technologies that take priority away from cloud gaming and benefit more common services such as Netflix, YouTube, Facebook, etc. In addition, according to their website, they only offer fiber optics, but a network of 30mbps down and 10 up is not usual... (for €25 in Spain they easily give you 300mbps up and down by fiber optics if you are not in a remote town, in my case they give me more than 300mbps when I choose destination servers that do support that speed). I do not know if it is a network subcontracted to a third party, but it is not the one deployed by one of the usual large operators in the area. The latency leaves it a little beyond 50ms, which is not the most appropriate but I think it is acceptable. Then we see at least that you do not have the same upload and download speed. Knowing this, and that the google test also gives you enough speed in addition to obtaining more favorable results when connecting the devices to another network connection... Try to connect the mac and the chromecast ultra apart from the mobile to perhaps the connection of another neighbor and even someone from another operator if possible. For now we see that you have a somewhat particular ISP, but we will also have to see if your nearby node is saturated with that operator or others (they can share them). The appropriate thing will be to check with those devices on another network and thus be able to tell the company that supplies you internet that with other operators or connection you are doing well, but with theirs it is not, and perhaps thus, being able to suggest that they open certain ports , service priority, disable any annoying service like cgnat, etc. If your operator does not give you any solution... you may have to switch to another operator for the internet connection and be able to use Stadia correctly, but first, as we mentioned, try to check the same hardware on a different network and contact the company. For example, the Digi company puts you Cgnat but for €1 more per month they take it away from you, thus preventing you from sharing the public IP with other users. Personally, I could only comment and give you details about the most important national operators in Spain because I don't have the need and many don't operate in my area... or I directly know that their service would not be well adapted for cloud gaming. As usual, they prioritize what brings them the most customers and normally, netflix brings them more customers than cloud gaming could. As a detail, if you have the opportunity and depending on how long you are going to be in Spain, there are operators that only ask you to stay for 3 months without penalties and for only €25 or even less. Using the Stadia Enhanced browser extension if you have a chance, you can also get more data on how Stadia data is reaching you on each site you connect to.

In windows 10 I have not found that problem, I even use it together with OBS on the other screen. You can try using another browser, deactivating special functions that Windows 11 has in this regard or I don't know if there is the Win+P shortcut as in Windows 10 for faster screen management. The Edge browser should also run Stadia I suppose and it would be good if you tried it. Is the input lag from a Stadia controller using Wi-Fi or from another type of controller? If it is a controller that is not the Stadia controller, try connecting it from your mobile. https://support.google.com/stadia/answer/10870063 Personally, I simply have a Stadia shortcut "installed" so that it runs in a separate and cleaner browser than the one I usually use, in my case, Stadia Beta. With this, it even allows me to have it configured so that it uses the integrated graphics with that specific application/browser, which gives me much better performance than my dedicated one in the case of Stadia. Another curious case could also be that you have monitors connected to a direct input to the board instead of the specific ones of the graphic, which can also generate some conflict or strange performance issues.

You cannot connect many games purchased on Steam or with Ubisoft, or epic, or ea, xbox, playstation, etc... each game store usually has its own catalog of games and at most there are games (decision of each developer) that they have crossave, crossplay and even controller, but very rarely any crossbuy of full games.

You have more than 50 of Stadia Pro, you have like 150 trial versions to see what you like and then you can buy what interests you. So try, enjoy and you don't need to invest money in it if you don't want to, which by the way, unlike other platforms you can buy games and you don't need to pay any fee to play. If you like XCom you can buy Phoenyx Point on sale or play PUBG for free also playing with people from consoles. The point is that you save yourself from buying expensive PC graphics hardware or having to pay subscriptions to play consoles online (in addition to their hardware). Then it depends on your taste, but you can combine it with other platforms.

You will not lose any progress, and if you buy separately what is not free you will be exactly for the current situation that you were. I spent all this time through Stadia Pro, without Stadia Pro and playing with crossave on PC, all with different game licenses, without problems. So also if you wanted to play again something that requires Stadia Pro from Destiny 2, you can return to be with exactly the same unlocked content :).

You can buy an offer of: Chromecast with Google TV and Stadia remote over 100. Wait for other offers or, use any other remote. If you only have available to play in the CCU, you can pair another controller that you have to the mobile and pass control to the Stadia session that you have in the CCU instead of using the touch control of the mobile. In addition, there have been many deals on controllers so you can even get them second hand, currently all controllers for all devices are expensive.

I always have it plugged in to use it on the PC with an extra long nylon cable. And I only unplug it to use it with a mobile app or Android TV. That same cable I change sometimes with the mobile or the wireless mouse as well. I consider that the energy that it will be spending is as small as any simple LED that may be out there, and the remote control, when it has more than x% of battery, should stop charging as well as mobile phones and others until it drops below x%. Or at least that should be an optimal design. And the battery while it's plugged in shouldn't be in use as the wired connection and Wi-Fi connection are totally different so you don't need to have the battery active all the time. If it is always plugged in, it is because you use it daily, and in that case, another part of the remote may be damaged before the battery due to this use. Still, this is all just guesswork.

Xbox 360 controls require the use of their own wireless receiver to be used on PC, Android, Linux and other systems since they use their own connection system. You can also use it with the official charging cable. You won't be able to use it without it I'm afraid. In its time I used the controls to access other cloud gaming services on android and pc too, but those controls are almost 20 years old and I replaced them long ago with the xbox one bluetooth ones or currently the X series ones that have usb type C being easily linked by bluetooth. Even so, I prefer the Stadia ones the truth. I think I still have some xbox360 controller, so if you specify if you have something or need to make sure maybe I can try plugging some old wired controller into my ChromeOS
