@S3DW0LF Yes, at the moment you need to connect via USB-C to the device because the Stadia controller has to connect to the same WiFi network which your device uses to play Stadia but since you're on a data connection that isn't possible. However if you have any other Bluetooth controller lying around that should allow you to play wirelessly on your device but the latency might not be the best. Cheers.

@Westwoodto You could try playing while connected to a different network to determine whether it's a device specific issue. Contact your ISP in case you don't experience stutters or lags on other networks. Also if you have a PC or laptop, try visiting stadia.google.com then login with your account and play on that device. See how well that performs.

@Stokkebro Hello. Our community manager has confirmed the delivery of the codes for Watch Dogs :  Complete Edition which you get as part of your Watch Dogs: Legion Gold and above bundles is taking a bit longer than expected but you can expect them to be delivered to your inbox associated with your Google account very soon. https://9to5google.com/2020/05/14/how-to-redeem-codes-google-stadia/ The first step, of course, is to open Google Stadia on your desktop/laptop. In the top-right corner, click your avatar to open a dropdown menu, then click “Stadia settings.” On the settings page that opens, click “Redeem code” on the left side of the page. You’ll now be presented with a text box where you can type or paste your code, and click the “Redeem” button. If you’re given the error “Not found,” make sure you copied or typed the code correctly. Next, Google Stadia will show you what the code you’ve entered will unlock for your account and ask you to confirm by clicking a second “Redeem” button.

@Taktiker Cross-play is not supported in BL3 at the moment. This is the case with every platform not just Stadia. However the publisher Gearbox recently had hinted that the game should be receiving support for the functionality next year on all platforms. Meaning you can look forward to playing with your friends on other platforms next year, hopefully early 2021. Source: https://gamerant.com/borderlands-3-crossplay-when-2021/

Reverse situation. Could be a network/router issue which is difficult to troubleshoot. In case your desktop PC comes with a WiFi card try connecting that way instead of a wired connection. Or if you have a laptop that has a LAN port, use the cable from your PC and see whether the controller pairs on that device. While you try to get that sorted, you can hook up your controller straight to your PC using a USB-C cable and play on Stadia.

@BIGOUNCE Hello there. Let us try to troubleshoot this issue. Could you verify whether you have logged into your Stadia account in the Stadia app on your phone? You need to do that first. Press the Stadia button for one second to turn on your Stadia Controller. The controller will vibrate. Then head to your Chromecast and use your Stadia controller to enter the linking code found at the top right of the TV screen.  Important : Make sure your phone, Chromecast, and controller are connected to the same Wi-Fi before you add your Stadia account to Chromecast. If you don't see the linking code, you may need to turn on the Chromecast’s linking code setting in the Home app:           1. Select the Chromecast.           2. Tap   Device settings   in the top right corner.           3. Go to   Ambient Mode   and scroll down to the "Stadia Controller Linking Code" section.           4. Tap   Show. The linking code should show up on the TV screen. It can take up to 15 seconds for the entered linking code to be recognized. If the link was successful, the controller will vibrate and Stadia will launch on your Chromecast Ultra. The status light on your controller will turn solid white when it is linked to the screen. After that you can select "+"  on the TV screen to add your account. In the app, tap your avatar in the top right corner of the screen and then choose "Add account to Chromecast" in the Stadia account menu. Adding your Stadia account to Chromecast - Stadia Help

@Zapatilla Please also refer to this support article that explains what you need to do in order to change your Stadia country. https://support.google.com/stadia/answer/9566513?hl=en Why do I see my store in a different currency? The currency in which you see prices in the Stadia store is determined by your Stadia country, which is established when you sign up for Stadia. I moved. How can I change my country? To change your Stadia country, please create a new payment profile in Google Payments for the country you have relocated to by adding a valid form of payment, and then contact Stadia customer support. Your Stadia country can only be changed 2 times per year. I moved. What happens to my games? Games you purchased prior to relocating to a new country will continue to be in your library. However, due to licensing restrictions, you may not be able to access every game in your library from your new country.. After you move, you may update your Stadia country by contacting customer support. Once your Stadia country has been updated, you will be able to purchase content that is available in your new country.

@ucvu You need to report your findings directly to the developers so they may take a look at it. There is a support forum for the game where they announce patch notes and other stuff. I would suggest opening a topic there and listing the bugs you have come across. Just mention in Stadia in brackets since there isn't a specific subforum for Stadia tech support. After that you could tag the developers and the game's Twitter handle and provide them the link to the support forum topic you created to ensure they don't miss it. Do share the link here afterwards so others can leave a comment with their own findings. https://forums.gearboxsoftware.com/c/Risk-of-Rain-2/242 https://twitter.com/RiskofRain https://twitter.com/HopooGames

The hardware inside the Stadia controller includes both a BT receiver and a WiFi chip but only the latter is being used at the moment. The controller connects directly to your WiFi network so that latency would be minimised since it can establish a more direct connection to Google servers. As for why both BT and WiFi cannot be used in conjunction, I imagine that could lead to interference or some other issues. You can also connect the controller directly to your PC via a USB-C cable and play that way in the absence of a WiFi network. Or use any other controller that supports BT connectivity instead. Refer the below support page for steps on how to connect your controller to your WiFi network. https://support.google.com/stadia/answer/9578658?hl=en&ref_topic=9634925
