On the vast majority of headsets "surround" is just a gimmick and they only actually accept stereo and just simulate surround.  If you plug the headset into a PC can you actually configure it to use 5 channels?  Either way, I don't think that Stadia can send a surround stream through the controller.

I have a Raiju Mobile too (not sure if you're talking about the Mobile specific Raiju or not), one thing I found when it was working in unexpected ways was that somehow the profiles on the controller got messed up and I used the Raiju Mobile app to reset the controller to defaults and everything was fine again after that.
You should petition the game developers/publisher themselves as it is really up to them and not Google to port and publish their game on Stadia.

I've never had this problem with the CCU on any of my TVs, and CEC is always hit or miss but one thing you can try is to plug the CCU into a device in between the TV like a cheap HDMI switch if you don't have an AV receiver.  There isn't any way to disable CEC for the CCU only. I assume you've tried disconnecting the CCU and verifying that the problem stops to rule out something unrelated to the CCU being the cause?

The codes that were included with Founders edition purchases last year expired long ago.  I assume you bought the founders kit through some third party, or am I mistaken and Google is selling founders kits again to countries that have recently launched?
I only have one controller myself, so I've never tried it, but I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work.

Use the Feedback function in the app or on www.stadia.com to suggest being able to do this.  I'm with you, though, I like things neat and tidy and a settings toggle to hide unplayable games would fix this. I think they have probably left them there on purpose, though, to nudge people into resubscribing.
See this tweet: https://twitter.com/GoogleStadia/status/1265681672596598792 According to this you should be able to play in 1440P QHD but it doesn't appear that WQHD is supported.

I don't think there is any concrete information about how it's going to end up working on Stadia yet but I think it will go one of two ways. First possibility is that there will be a Ubisoft Plus "game" in your library which you start and get a separate Ubisoft Plus launcher streamed to you where you start the games from. Second possibility is that the Ubisoft Plus entitlement will be associated to your Google account and any eligible games in the Stadia library will be marked as playable without purchase similar to claimed Pro games as long as the entitlement is active.

Well, there is no fan in the controller.  You're probably hearing coil whine, and I suppose you must have fresh, young ears to be able to hear it unlike me.  Have you verified the noise is actually coming from inside the controller and not your adapter?  In any case, coil whine happens to various degrees in all sorts of electronics and is generally not something you have to be concerned about other than the annoyance if you have really good hearing.

Not in California.  Actually, not in the same country.  But I'm sure you're aware that the data centers that Google and Microsoft use for these services are completely separate.  If you're having issues on both Chromecast and Chrome equally on a wired connection it might be something to do with a chance at your ISP level in regards to how it does peering or if you're on a cable internet provider it might be local node congestion.  You can tell if it's local node congestion if the problem is inconsistent depending on time of day (for example, if you were to get up at 4 in the morning and try playing there is no problem but at 8 PM it stinks).
Anything is possible but I highly doubt Bungie is going to release the original Destiny on any new platforms, ever.

@Moncandre  Go here. https://support.google.com/stadia/answer/9579021?hl=en-CA&ref_topic=9634925   In the top right corner is a Contact Us link which gives you a few different options.
I think you'll have to try getting in touch with Stadia support directly about this one as none of us here have any visibility into your Google account.
