Re: Sundered sucks

Always thought that playability came before the looks, regardless if it is in 2D or 3D

According to https://9to5google.com/2020/02/27/stadia-2-7-base-youtube-streaming/ The new update on the app have Stadia base preperations on it Stadia Base + Pro free trial As it stands today, the Google Stadia app won’t allow you to register an account if you don’t have a code from a Stadia Founder’s or Premiere Edition or a Buddy Pass. But those days are numbered, as the free tier Stadia Base is launching sometime this year. The Stadia app is preparing for that future with a new signup flow that lets new you register for an account without a code. Text on the button that allows the user to skip code redemption and continue on with the account creation flow. Continue without a code Once you’ve got a free account registered, it appears Google may offer for you to try Stadia Pro for free for one month. That means once Stadia Base opens to the public, people should be able to try out Stadia with no investment into purchasing a game or hardware. This is   perfect   for those who aren’t sure if their connection can handle Stadia and don’t want to spend money testing it. Title text on the Pro details page introducing the free trial. Start playing With a 1 month Stadia Pro free trial Base player limit However, with Stadia free to play for a month, this is likely to cause a major spike in players. To make sure that this spike doesn’t affect their paying customers, Google may be putting a limit on the number of free accounts that can be registered. From the strings, it seems that this limit will be determined based on your “area.” We’re not sure whether this means your local area such as your nearest Google Cloud datacenter, or something more broad such the country you live in. Title of page explaining that user cannot sign in because Stadia has hit full capacity. Sorry, Stadia is full in your area Body of page explaining that user cannot sign in because Stadia has hit full capacity. In order to provide the best game quality for everyone, we limit the number of accounts on Stadia. We’ve hit that limit, but we’re working hard to build additional room in the Stadia cloud so more people can enjoy the same high-quality game performance. Please check back in the future for new player availability.

Just wanted to give an update, came over this article , According to https://www.polygon.com/2020/2/15/21138927/geforce-now-activision-games-pulled-blizzard-nvidia-reason " Furthermore, the disappearance of Activision Blizzard games from GeForce Now does not have anything to do with the exclusive streaming agreement the publisher and Google signed in January.  In its quarterly conference call with investors  on Feb. 6, the publisher said Stadia is not a part of that arrangement. That pact dedicates the publisher’s esports events to YouTube and specifies Google Cloud as the “preferred provider” of network infrastructure."   Seems like we still will be in the update limbo, and that we will actually  "celebrate" in three days time  the two months vow of silence from Google's  so called "official" Google Stadia announcment.

As stated above  it was a black friday deal that was from 20 nov to 3 december. But sadly it was badly executed ( would have been better skipping black friday and instead call it a limited release discount) Seems like the digital marketing department on Stadia is a bit new and trying to find their footing still
