Just a long shot but if your age as set on your google account is below the minimum age on the game (Ghost recon and Assassins creed are both PEGI18) you can't start the game and they won't show up in the store any more. It recently happened to my daughter so perhaps this is your issue as well.   (It's a bit weird that Stadia doesn't show an error message when this happens so that people at least know what is happening. But it's a bit typical of Stadia I guess where they'd just rather people get upset for things not working all the sudden and stop using the service rather than giving them an explanation.)

Stadias 1440p resolution is 2560*1440 (16:9, QHD) So yes, it does play in 1440p. Just not the 3440*1440 (43:18) resolution that you have. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1440p

Seems like you should post this at Bethesda/ESO support and not on the Stadia forums. None of your questions are Stadia issues but rather game vendor issues. As an example; Google/Stadia won't implement addons into a game, the game vendor would have to do it. Anyway, you might want to read this on the topic of crowns: https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/27713/~/can-i-give-crowns-to-someone-else You don't directly trade crowns, regardless of platform, in ESO. You use your crowns to buy stuff in the crown store, either directly to yourself or to someone else by gifting stuff. So if you want to give someone a birthday present. Just tell the person that they will get xyz worth of crowns from the store from you as a present. Then ask specifically what the person wants from the store. Buy the crows for it (in the stadia store) and gift the store items in game to the person.
