You definitely had no luck with your controller, disability and all at this moment. I suggest you contact the customer support so they may repare your faulty controller. In the mean time, you could always order another controller if you don't want to wait for the first one to be repaired. However Stadia did mention quite early that functions like playing on any mobile wouldn't be available in the beginning, so only pixel phones would have the timed exclusivity in the first months. I wouldn't say they lied about the rest (4K on chrome, youtube integration, etc), however I believe they weren't ready for it and couldn't deliver satisfying service on due date. It might as well be available when all is good for it than rush the thing, disappoint everyone and be forgotten a week later. We need patience here. I've been quite cfritical in many posts, about the communication and lack of regular releases and roadmap. I talked openly and never had any issue. In my experience, we can tell our opinion without any issue, either here or reddit, as long as we are respectful.
