No worries, I've been troubleshooting intermittently when I have time to. They advised me to attempt using my phone's hotspot and setting everything with that, and it worked on my laptop. They determined it was a network issue but would not assist further. I've tried just about everything I can think of, still cannot connect to either PC on my home network. I don't disagree that it may be an issue with my home network, however I cannot seem to determine what that is. I've tried changing security settings, disabling firewalls on the network as well as my desktop and laptop, I've tried specific wireless channels, Using 802.11AC, N, B, etc., 2.4GHz, 5GHz, dual mode, etc. Cannot seem to get anything to allow it to connect. Even tried using WPA2, WPA3, and completely unsecured wifi. I have a new router, and everything else connects no issue at all, so I'm not sure what the issue here is, nor do I know how to go forward with it.
As of now, the ticket has been escalated. Had no luck connecting the controller to anything other than my phone.

Apologies for the delay. I currently have a support chat going. Currently, the controller is currently going from flashing orange twice with 2 vibrations, to sometimes just flashing orange and staying that way. Chat agent is puzzled as well. Verified controller is showing up on my router as well. Even tried giving it a dedicated IP. Will update again once we have some more information. We have also tried clearing all browsing data and cache from Chrome on both my desktop and laptop as well. Desktop is on ethernet, laptop is wifi. Not sure, running out of ideas at this point.
Yes, I've tried immediately after, waited quite a long time after, spammed entering it, etc. I'm at a loss.
Yes that works perfectly fine.

First off, I want to mention that I had been using Stadia FLAWLESSLY before this.  Took a little break from gaming, and therefore didn't touch Stadia for some time. Currently, I can connect to my phone (Samsung Note20 Ultra) via wifi and it works perfectly, however when I attempt to connect to Stadia on PC, inputting the link code outputs an orange blink. I've replicated this on two PCs running Windows 11. One of those systems is on ethernet, the other is on wifi. I've tried both Chrome and Edge on both systems, as well as factory resetting the controller several times. I've also switched between 2.4GHz and 5GHz with no luck, though on both networks, my phone connects to the controller just fine. Also, controller works fine wired as well on both systems. Before taking my break, it worked perfectly with zero issues at all, everything just worked.  Am I missing something? The ONLY thing that has changed is that I switched from an xfinity/Comcast supplied modem/router, to my own, which is a Nighthawk CAX80.
