All, some good news after weeks of not having my same save - it's now returned! Here's what I did in case it helps anyone: - raised a ticket via Ubisoft website  -they responded a week later saying it had been fixed; it hadn't. I believe this was a standard response to anyone who raised an issue, as they believed it had been fixed but don't actually check individual accounts - I responded to the ticket saying it had not in fact been fixed and they should look again. Got a response saying they'd look into it. - yesterday I checked and everything has been restored, even though I haven't yet had a further response.   So the message is, contact them via the proper channels and don't give up!

I had raised the issue with Ubisoft directly too. Email from them yesterday saying its fixed - it's not. What a way to follow up a terrible issue affecting an entire platform - radio silence for days, then false claims of the issue being fixed.  It's going from bad to worse for Ubisoft. 
My data still isn't back. Spoke with Ubisoft support this morning; they took my username, email address and save slot that I've lost.  Long story short - they were aware of the problem, raised it up... See more...

Spoke with Ubisoft support this morning; they took my username, email address and save slot that I've lost.  Long story short - they were aware of the problem, raised it up the line, I have to wait and see, and they said they can't promise to get my data back. They have no idea *why* this has happened. At this point I'm not convinced it'll be fixed; they don't seem concerned at all. Their excuse - "there's a lot of data to work thru".   Pretty pathetic.

Too many people here have flagged the issue with Ubisoft, wh o seem largely unaware of the issue and keep referring them back to the Stadia Help desk.   In addition, you have not attempted to explain why this issue has occurred, offered a reason as to why the response has been so delayed, or indeed offer an apology. I've said in a previous post - the measure of a company is how it deals with its clients in time of crisis - Google has failed spectacularly here.

So people need to start blowing up Stadia support and letting them know that this isnt just an isolated problem. Its a system wide problem that needs to be addressed. If you dont know how to reach Stadia support, heres how I did it.  . Click on your avatar in the top right of screen when you are in Stadia.  That brings up a menu and just click "help". The Stadia help page will showup. Scroll down to the bottom of page and click contact us. Type in "Breakpoint saved data missing" and hit next and options on how you would like to contact support will appear. I chose live chat and was instantly in a chat with a support team member.   Let them know its a system wide problem. I though that James from Google guy supposedly did this. But anyways more people have to report the problem. It only takes a couple minutes so If you guys want your game restored let them know.  This   Everyone needs to do this to ensure our complaints are logged. Unfortunately saying so in a forum won't count for anything.

I've already commented, but 3 days on and no response deserves another.   Unfortunately this issue is proving all the Stadia haters right that it's not ready for prime time. I've bought many games, controllers / chromecasts for myself and others, and always promoted stadia.    Unfortunately the true measure of a company is how it responds when things don't go well. Leaving buyers in the dark for days without any comms is simply unacceptable.   Other than a paid game being pulled completely by a developer, or Stadia fully shutting down, this is about the worst thing that could happen. AND ZERO COMMS FROM GOOGLE OR UBISOFT. This is the start of the end for me and Stadia unfortunately. Sad it had to end like this. 
Unfortunately same here. And for two of my squad mates. Not sure where the fault lies but unless fixed I can see this being the end of me playing Ubisoft games... And in fact anything on Stadia.
