Maybe your partner don't give feedback....other stadia support say to communicate with Ubisoft. Ubisoft don't respond.... Worst service from you and Ubisoft

''  As this only happens with a specific game, we recommend that you check with the game developer so that you can retrieve your game's development. To see the developer support link, in the Details section of the store page, you enter the game and you can see in the details, as well as on the publisher's website, the privacy policy of the game , Terms of Use, and Support Privileges. Here in the latter you can ask your question. Don't worry, they allow you to recover the data you lost. We are waiting. Have a good day.  
Can you give more information... For exemple when approximatively the problem will be solve.. Do you find the problem?  We all recup the account? 
Same here, lost all progres.Game create new characters for me.... Very desapointing
