Ok, the question is not being asked correctly and being correctly presented. 1. I purchase a game such as GTA V from the store for my PlayStation 5. 2. I log into my computer on my ps play account and I can download and play the same game GTA V that I could play on PS5 but on my computer. 3. I purchased a hard copy and turned it into a digital one which because the publisher has released the game on the PlayStation and PC it was possible to use my copy on my PlayStation and PC. Now use this logic but for digital stores, I purchase from 2K games the game " Borderlands®3" on Epic games, thus I own a digital copy and if I purchase the game from stadia I would also own a digital copy but now twice, but I already owned one why did I have to purchase the exact same ownership twice to that game. Even if it is to pay for the hardware that google use to run for stadia, if I already own a digital copy of the game then I would like to pay only for the usage of the hardware, not purchase another digital copy of the same game. The borderlands 3 on epic games is 99% the same as the borderlands 3 on stadia, thus I should pay for the hardware only, the price of the digital copy should be redacted as I already rightfully own one. Take Sims 4 or doom eternal actually if you want to know how many games you can purchase for console that you can then transfer the ownership digitally to your PC , I will gladly make a list of every game which you can do this.
