Hi, I originally had BL3 standard on my account, shared with my family so my brother can play with me while I play on Steam. I purchased ultimate edition during the holiday sale, as I originally thought story DLC would be shared, however today we tried playing a DLC mission for the first time, and it says he didn't have access to the DLC. Is this expected behavior? If so, is there anyway I can transfer or refund the ultimate edition? As only the base game was used.
