Agree, even if there are some sort of technical issues causing a delay in the feature, I'd like to know what the plan will be how it will work and what limits it will have.

Although this idea is not specifically an idea for stadia itself it would use the same technology. There has already been a number of posts about keyboard and mouse connectivity to CCU and i am fully behind this. Assuming that this does arrive in some form could the CCU be used as a remote desktop for Chrome OS. The same tech (probably less advanced) could be used. This could be used for word processing etc the same way that Shadow PC current does I believe. If this was an option available it would marry well with Google docs etc and would make my PC all but obsolete. With the convenience of no updates, instant access to files and no hardware updates it would be something I'd find hard to pass up. Especially if it was linked to the pro subscription.

I had a bit of luck with this last night. After reading through some of the other points from people with similar issues I tried installing chrome canary, chrome's development version. After installing this it's been significantly better. I played destiny for a few hours last night without any issues on the connection, a few frames dropped on some big fight areas but nothing like the visual issues I'd seen previously. Some people have mentioned that the could be due to removing the extensions with a fresh install, but I had previously removed all of them on standard chrome, without it making any difference. My connection now is a stable good connection. I assume it won't reach excellent until 4k opens up on chrome browsers Hope this helps

Hi all, So far I've had no problems with stadia on both Chromecast and connecting up to my phone, both connected to WiFi only, both able to hit the requirements for 4k streaming without any issues. However playing on my old PC or laptop, the connection only ever reaches good and often falls to ok or warns I'll be disconnected. Both are hardwired directly to my router. I've tried all the tips on the webpage with no difference. Currently I'm on a 60mbps connection and on a wired speed check I've never seen it dip below 55. Do far I've tried the following: Changed the cat 6 cable Incognito mode Ensuring chrome hardware acceleration is on Turn it on and off again Opened up the ports on firewall Java is on Turned off extensions Had anyone else had this issue or has any other ideas what I could try?
