Title.  Been playing Metro Exodus and Destiny for a few hours now and the issue was so consistent I decided to time it. To reproduce the issue all did was just hold the right thumbstick in one direction so my character would spin until input became unresponsive then started a timer.   After 3-5 seconds of trying to spin it would work without issue.  About 70 - 75 seconds later it appears again, consistently, and without fail for the entire duration of gameplay. Repeated this 5 times to confirm that this is happening at a specific interval.  It's hard to say what the root cause of the behavior is, but first some info about my setup. Network setup: Google Fiber > Google Fiber Jack > Google Fiber Router (GFRG200) > Ethernet > Chromcast Ultra Advertised speed is 1000mbps, and I get that pretty consistently. Router is about 15 feet away from where I play and is also line of sight (no walls or microwaves in between). Chromecast ultra is connected to TCL 4k HDR TV. I'm the only one in my apartment and the only one using this wifi, so network interference seems unlikely (especially on a super specific interval).  The only other devices connected via are the Roku TV and my iPhone. Distance from the router doesn't seem to be the cause, as I can reproduce the issue by standing next to the router and using the controller.   Essentially that leaves either my Network configuration, a faulty controller, or a software bug to be the source of the problem.  As you can imagine it makes every game essentially unplayable, is extremely frustrating for first-person games that rely on realtime movement, and lastly, considering I use tons of other platforms like PC, Switch, etc. means I'm not going to purchase any titles (since I can't reasonably play them), and might just return the stadia altogether if the problem persists.

I have this same issue.  It comes back about every 90 seconds or so.  Very frustrating and basically makes first-person games unplayable. I've got Google Fiber here, and the router is about 15 feet away with only air in between us so I don't think it's a signal strength issue. I'm also the only user of this router and all my other devices are off (except my cell phone), so I don't think it's interference either.
