Appears that this is a Chromecast/GoogleTV feature/issue.  Unless the game is explicitly granted access (NOT through standard sharing), it will not display in Chromecast/GoogleTV. I found that by adding an account to a ChromeOS box, having them explicitly try to play (generates a "Access Request" to Family Manager) and having that request approved. The games DO NOT show in the Stadia App on Chromecast/GoogleTV.  This means, you have the explicitly have a family member use Stadia on a NON-Chromecast devices and request to play a game and have it approved.  Definitely not the most elegant way, but work around found.

I have follwed the instructions to share the games, and they are marked as shared, however when accessing a Family Member's profile an error notes that the game must be shared.    I had a similar issue with Movies in the Library (where they were listed as shared, but not showing, but after 'resharing' those worked. I have not had the similar luck with Stadia).   Any ideas?
