I’m having an issue like that and posted about it. What you have to do is shut down Stadia and then turn it back on, and it’ll work again. I’ve been trying to tell Support, and yes, I have a ticket with them, about my issue, and they seem to think it’s either my controller or my internet, but it’s not. They sent me a new controller, and the new one still does it.  There are two specific issues I was having regarding the controller. You can go here  to read my original post about the problems I’m having. It’s frustrating because I love the system, and I’ve had it since day one and didn’t have issues until July, and that’s when it all started. Read my post, and you’ll see what I’m talking about. You’re not the only one that’s having this issue, and I WISH Stadia would issue a software fix instead of trying to do everything else. At least they can do is ACKNOWLEDGE there’s an issue and tell the user base that they’re aware and working on a fix! Sitting here writing this response my controller disconnected from Stadia! 🤦🏻‍  @ChrisFromGoogle @GraceFromGoogle  can we please get some kind of engineering response/acknowledgement on this issue please?
Same here!!!!! 🙋🏻‍
Luckily I’m playing with my wife when it happens so she has my back so I don’t die while I’m having to turn the controller off and back on.

When I got my founder's edition controller in December, it worked perfectly fine up until July! Then it started disconnecting every time I play a game. The same thing is happening to me that's happing to ya'll; I'm forced to watch myself get killed while trying to get my controller shut down, boot back up, and reconnect to Stadia. Since August, I've been working with Stadia support on this, and first, they thought I changed my internet settings, which I haven't! They wanted me to try a different wifi network, which doesn't matter because I'm on one network playing, and my son is on another network in the same house, and he has the same issue. My wife plays on her MacBook, and her controller disconnects on her from time to time, so she's forced to play with the cable. Stadia support finally sent me another controller and chrome cast ultra, and when I received it, I set it up, and about 10 mins into it guess what, yep, the controller disconnected! I don't think it's limited to the founder's edition controllers as my wife and son have the premiere edition controllers. I believe it may be a software issue when all three of us are having this issue but works fine when connected with the cable. With so many others having the same issue, it seems that it may be a software issue that could be the problem. It is reassuring to see that others have the same issue that my family and I are having with the controllers, and it's not just us. I wish Stadia would do something about it, though.   Not only am I having an issue with the controller disconnecting, but when I'm playing "The Division 2", I'll be doing something, and the controller will become unresponsive to the game itself. For example, when I'm behind cover, and I stand up to shoot someone, then go to squat back down, the character stays standing and keeps shooting even when I take my hands off the controller. Or when I'm walking, and I go to turn, and the character keeps walking in a circle and won't stop until he hits something. I can hit every button, and the character won't move or do anything, but when I press the Stadia button, it works completely fine, just not the game itself. I can exit the game, but when the start of the game comes up and says, "press A to start," I can press A, but it does nothing. For it to work, again, I have to shut down Stadia, and then it'll work. But when I'm playing on my Mac with the controller connected via the cable, I don't have any problems, which again leads me to believe that it may be a software issue. I've been working with Ubisoft to figure out why it's doing this particular issue and to get it fixed, but when I try to get a video of it for them, it seems to never want to happen. Has anyone ever ran the nonresponsiveness in a game but works fine when pressing the Stadia button, or is it just me? I've never had any issue in any other game except "The Division 2", which is why I've been in contact with Ubisoft.

Hey,  What I ended up doing was going to the settings and making sure JavaScript was turned on, which it was, and then I clicked “Add” beside “Allow” and added “stadia.google.com,” and I haven’t had any lagging since then. I’m not sure if it’s a coincidence or not, but Ima keep an eye on it, and hopefully, it doesn’t lag anymore! Thanks for the potential fix! My MacBook Pro is connected via Ethernet, and the WiFi is turned on, but my controller is connected via USB-C.

Has anyone experienced any lagging and streaming quality playing on Chrome lately? Playing on my TV, when chrome cast doesn't disconnect my controller or the game becomes unresponsive to the controller, but the controller is still responsive to Stadia, the game doesn't lag at all. When I HAVE to move to my MacBook Pro because of the issues mentioned above, The Division 2 lags BAD!!!!!! I know it's not my internet because I have 1 Gbps speeds, and it can't be my 2019 MacBook Pro because Chrome is the ONLY thing I have running at the time. To be sure of that, I've created a new user on my MacBook to play Stadia specifically, and Chrome is the only thing running. I believe the issue is Chrome itself and nothing else. I just wanted to get others' opinions to see if ya'll have noticed the same thing.
Yeah, it seems to be the same thing. I could be walking or running, or really doing anything, and the player gets stuck doing that particular movement and won’t stop. For example, if I’m shooting, he... See more...
Yeah, it seems to be the same thing. I could be walking or running, or really doing anything, and the player gets stuck doing that particular movement and won’t stop. For example, if I’m shooting, he’ll only stop when he needs to reload, but then I can’t get back into cover or move him. If I’m running, I can’t get him to move in a different direction. I feel like maybe it’s something to do with The Division 2 only because I played Dead by Deadlight just fine and had no problems. I talk with Ubisoft, and they told me that at I needed to speak with Stadia. Still, they’re really no help because they keep on telling me that it might be settings changed on my internet, but I haven’t changed any settings on my internet, and I’ve had Stadia since December of last year, and it’s worked completely fine up until July when my controller decided it wanted to start disconnecting from the Chrome cast and now for a week it’s been doing the non-responsive inputs.

When I start playing on Stadia, the game seems fine, but after a while, the game stops responding to my controller inputs. The controller works fine with the inputs for Stadia and other games. For the game to respond to my controller, I have to shut down Stadia and then turn it back on again, and it works just fine. When I move from my TV to my Mac and plug it into my Mac, it works fine, and I have no issues with it. My son even has the same problem every once in a while with his, but it doesn't happen as nearly as often as mine. Once mine starts happening and I shut down Stadia and start playing again, it'll start again about 10-15 mins later, and the whole process keeps going until I get tired of it and decide to move to my laptop. It's just frustrating because I'd rather not be playing on my Mac when I have a 75" 4K TV that I could be playing on, but instead, I'm forced to play on my Mac. Does anyone have this happening to them?
How can you buy a game with the Pro deal if some of the games were offered as a free game with the Pro subscription?
@StadiaTeam When are you going to release being able to share your game library with your family? Should’ve been at the forefront considering you opened Stadia up to everyone now!

It went to my wife's account an not mine but we're both set as parents. Weird but I got it finally.

It's been almost 30 mins and I have yet to receive the email. How long do I have to wait for it? Should it have been sent to me already? I have looked in the spam folder and it's not there.
When will the first 2 games be released? I know it says 9PT but it’s past time and it’s not showing. Just wanted to check!

@MeneerGroot I love Stadia as well but whos to say that it'll last? I hope so because I have no issues with loading and no lag at all. I'd hate it if the project fails, and we all lose the money that we paid for the games. Hopefully, they won't scrap the project, and they'll keep it around as I'd love for it to be my main gaming platform, I'm just wary of buying anything on it for the time being.
@Bakken that’s good!

I don’t see the Black Friday deals. Where are they at?
