Hi, Google Nerds, Hear my tale of woe. My dad got scammed and bought a lot of Google play cards, but he wised up before sending them to the scammer. So he gave them to me and my brother. Not a small amount, $200. I added them to my google play account thinking I was going to use the balance to buy games on Stadia. But when I tried to log in, I got a message that I can't using an organizational log in for Stadia (I own my own business and this is the account I use for practically everything,) Google also didn't allow me to transfer my balance to my personal account, though I tried to get them to make an exception for me by escalating an inquiry to Google Play Store's chat help. So I have this big credit on my account and I'm not able to do what I want with it, don't really have anything else I want to buy. I find this very inflexible on three fronts: 1) the decision not to allow organizational accounts to log in to Stadia seems arbitrary, 2)Not to be able to transfer balances between two accounts that you control seems like a problematic limitation, particularly when people might accidentally bump up against differences in the capabilities of different accounts as I did and 3) Not being able to get a more flexible response from customer service based on the context. I did everything I could do, politely following the available channels and hit a dead end, so here I am sharing my experience. -K
