It's not telling you your connection isn't fast enough, it's telling you that it's not stable enough. Is the problem random or does it tend to occur at certain times? Run a speed test and check your jitter levels. Speak to Spectrum. Unless you've changed anything, this is likely on your ISP.

Pet project games don't ring people's bells as far as exclusives go. As the release stated, "best in class" was the first party target. That's development time measured in years, not months. All of the Stadia specific features have been featured in 3rd party games. That's what the focus is on, Tickling 3rd parties to use Stadia. They will still act as a publisher as well, so things like Stadia Makers will continue.

Hmm. Woman on internet who is a community manager for a punchbag platform deletes/hides personal social media accounts after platform makes an ambiguous yet polarizing announcement that plays in to the hands of trolls. Doesn't really require a slide-rule to figure out what could have happened.

TL : DR for this whole thing - Google looked at the numbers, and saw the future revenue stream needed the tech, not 1st Party games. Google have never really been any good at content creation, and while I don't think that this was a direct cause the CP2077 launch and Ubisoft's woes showed that the current model for AAA games is heading for a crash. What I don't think people are really seeing is that for Stadia this is a Google vote of confidence in a very Google way. They won't stop acting as a publisher (by my read of Phil's statement), they're just ceasing work as a developer. So SG&E will still exist. What isn't clear is whether the Stadia 'brand' will remain the endpoint, or if - for example - EA Play, Ubisoft+ and other sub services will use the Stadia platform to create a gaming service.

Stadia would need to support it and then Devs would need to utilise it. All we've had said previously is that variable aspect ratio is on the ideas board.

Stadia has learned the hard way that transparency causes bad press. Talking about plans, dates, features - all came back to bite them. In the end of year post John Justice acknowledged that - they will simply announce features at the point of release. As for game releases - to my knowledge, with the exception of pro games that launched as such, the publisher has always been the one to announce dates of Stadia launches.
