How are you connecting your controllers to your NVIDIA Shield? Bluetooth, wired, phone connect?
Does this issue happen every single time you enter into those games, or only sometimes?
Could you list every single game you have experienced this issue on? We'd like to see if there are any connections between them.
Keep us posted with how it's going when you can. We'd love to help you get to the bottom of this and get back to enjoying Stadia to its fullest!

Hey @LovecraftTapes, The Y axis problem is totally understandable. I normally run into this issue when I'm playing some sort of flight simulator game. Funnily enough, I can never remember which setting feels more natural to me, which may lead me to believe that I'm just not very good at those kind of games period . As for the video capture issue, like @Ivan said I've also never run into that specifically. However, we appreciate you bringing it up and we'll make sure to keep an eye out to see if it occurs with any of our other Stadians. Thanks, James
