Hey @Barbaaa,   Just wanted to say thank you for being a part of our community as well as thank you for your patience while we looked into the subject. After some research we did find something that will hopefully shed some light on the subject.   While some users may have found success with the setup you are trying to use, the official supported method for Xbox 360 controllers is a direct connection using a USB cable.   I'm sorry this may not be the answer you are looking for, but I hope at least it gives you a way to move forward. Again thanks for being part of the community and wish you the best of luck with your Stadia experience.   Best, James

I'm sorry that you are having this strange experience. I'd definitely like to help by asking some questions. Does this unknown controller only appear on your TV, or does it also appear on other devices when you play Stadia? Let me know when you can. Hello @BlintWave,   Thank you for posting in our forum. This is definitely a frustrating issue to have. It seems like your TV is doing its job by recognizing both input devices,  but not separating them when you need it to. Lets see what we can do to figure this out.   When did this issue start? Has it always done this, or did this problem surface recently? Have you attempted to Factory reset your controller to see if that helps? Just note that when you do this, you will have to set up your Stadia controller again.   Let me know if this helps at all, if not, we can look into some further troubleshooting steps. Hey @deandrefam,   I'm sorry that you've been having these issues for weeks now. I know how frustrating that can be.   I see that you have made sure to double check for App updates, which is awesome. Have you tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app? I've noticed that sometimes that even with updates a full delete and reinstall can help the app run better.    Let me know if you are still having any problems after this and we can look into more options. Hey @Warmouth, I'm sorry you are dealing with this language issue on your CCU. Its definitely frustrating when things seem to just stop working out of the blue. I'd love to help if I can.   To start, I just wanted to clarify a couple of things. When you change the language on your Google Home app, the language on all of your other connected devices changes like it should except for Stadia? Am I understanding that correctly? Also, when you are changing your language in the Google Home app are you following these steps: Open the Google Home app  . If applicable, select the home where the Chromecast Ultra has been added. Tap the Chromecast Ultra. (This device is often called My TV.)  At the top right, tap Settings  . Under General, tap Device information   Language. Select the preferred Language by tapping the radio button. Then, tap Ok. On the Chromecast, quit and relaunch Stadia. When it relaunches, the displayed language selected on Chromecast will now reflect that on Stadia. Looking forward to a response to see if we can get to the bottom of this. Best, James

Here is a link where you can view all of the Compatible controllers as well as each controller's connection method. Also, if you are playing Stadia using the Chrome Web browser, you can view how to connect your controller by clicking on the controller icon next to your profile avatar. Next, you'll want to click the Connect controller button and then select your desired controlled. This will walk you through all of the steps on how to connect your controller via Bluetooth if that connection method is supported for your desired device.    Please reach back out if you have any more questions.   Thank you, James
