Hi @Candykane,   Thank you for posting here in our forum. We are happy to have you in the community! I can't imagine how frustrating it must be to not be able to have that smooth Stadia experience. I'd love to start helping out by just getting a bit more clarity from you.  First, I see you posted here in the Stadia on TV board. Which TV are you playing on? And which type of controller are you using?  When the game fails to load, do you get an error message at all? And then lastly, have you been able to test playing Stadia on any other device to see if you get the same issue? We look forward to hearing back from you. Update us when you can.   Thank you,  James

Hey @Gizm0, We've seen this come up before in Chromecast forums. Some of our users have found that switching which HDMI port the CCwGTV is connected to enabled the HDR features for them. Another option would be to double check your TV display settings to see if something there may be limiting the visual quality.    Let us know how it goes. Thanks, James

I'm sure this is pretty frustrating. Let me see what we can do to get you back to that smooth experience you are used to having with Stadia.   Before we try any actual troubleshooting steps, I'd love to find out some additional info to rule out some possibilities. We've noticed that at times certain Wi-Fi routers can be a bit tricky when running with Stadia. Which make and model do you use? Have you tried Stadia on another device? I know you mentioned the Luna app gave you a better experience, was this similar when trying the Stadia app? Looking forward to hearing back from you. Let us know how everything goes. Yeah, unfortunately, that's not one of the routers on the list.   Okay, so I have a couple more thoughts. Now these may seem like silly suggestions, but we just want to make sure we've covered all of our bases. Have you attempted to restart your router, by unplugging it for a few minutes and then booting it back up? Also have you attempted restarting your devices that you play Stadia on? You may have already done this, so no worries if you have. Like I said, we just want to double check all of our options. Thank you, James

We'd like to get some for information to see if we can better understand the issue and therefore, get closer to a potential resolution.   Could you please post either a screenshot or a picture of the error message you are getting on each device?
