Hi @GentlemanG,   First off, just want to say that I'm sorry you are having this issue. I know its frustrating when things aren't working out the way that you had hoped. I did want to highlight the Best Response from @ChrisFromGoogle. Stadia often has issues on local networks like apartment complexes and hotels due to the network permissions set by the owners.   Now since this is an older topic, I am going to lock it. Hey @OutlawSzabi,   Just wanted to follow up to see if you were still having this issue? I'd also like to double check and see which controller you are using with Stadia. Like @RXShorty mentioned, not all third-party controllers are supported and may not have all of the functionality. I'm sure its frustrating and would love to see what I can do to assist you if you are still running into this problem. Which games are you having this issue with? Have you attempted to link your account with a different EA game on Stadia? Hi again @CrazierPotato,   I have a couple additional questions to see if we can narrow down what is happening. Have you always had this issue with your Chromebook? Or is this something that started happening more recently? Does this happen with every single game you've played? Something you can try, would be to change which OS your Chromebook is using. Please note, that Stadia is officially supported on the Stable version, but some users have been able to resolve certain issues by switching over to the Beta.   Keep us posted on how everything goes. Hello everyone,   Just wanted to thank @RXShorty for their support on this thread so far. I just wanted to hop into this thread to see if I can provide any additional support.    @zZSmokinGoodZz, first off, I wanted to address the issue. I'm so sorry that you are experiencing this right now. Personally, I play games late at night so headphones are an absolute must, or else my wife comes downstairs to yell at me, "GO TO BED!" My point is, I understand how vital headphones are to a great gaming experience. Let's see what we can figure out here together.   If I'm understanding this correctly, you were previously able to use your headphones with your CCU, but as of right now, they are no longer producing any audio. Is this true only with Stadia, or is this true when trying to listen to any other type of media with your CCU? When you say that you've done a reset, have you done a Factory Reset or just a Reboot?    Update us when you can. In the meantime, I'll be looking deeper into this to see if I can find a solution. I'm so sorry that you are having this issue playing Stadia on your Chromebook. I know how frustrating this must be. I did want to ask a couple of questions just to make sure we are on the same page. When did this issue start for you, or have you always had this problem on your Chromebook? Were you able to test your other network connections? 2.4 GHz vs the 5 GHz? Lastly, were you able to check out this article? It goes over all of the ways to help Troubleshot your Stadia experience? You'll want to scroll down to the Troubleshoot device issues and then check out the drop down section titled Computer with Google Chrome.   Please let us know how everything goes.
