@zZSmokinGoodZz, first off, I wanted to address the issue. I'm so sorry that you are experiencing this right now. Personally, I play games late at night so headphones are an absolute must, or else my wife comes downstairs to yell at me, "GO TO BED!" My point is, I understand how vital headphones are to a great gaming experience. Let's see what we can figure out here together.
If I'm understanding this correctly, you were previously able to use your headphones with your CCU, but as of right now, they are no longer producing any audio. Is this true only with Stadia, or is this true when trying to listen to any other type of media with your CCU? When you say that you've done a reset, have you done a Factory Reset or just a Reboot?
Update us when you can. In the meantime, I'll be looking deeper into this to see if I can find a solution.
