What router do you use?
Is this a new issue? Or has Stadia always acted this way for you?
Do you notice this same behavior on any other devices you play Stadia on?

One thing I was asked to double check on from our support team was to verify which controller you have. Do you know the exact model of your Xbox controller? We want to make sure that your controller is found on our list of supported controllers. Also, how are you connecting your controller to your tv (wireless/wired - bluetooth etc.)?
