Hey folks, Just wanted to check in with those of you that seem to be having issues with the refund process. Let me clarify. If you received an email saying something along the lines of "stadia has issued a refund... it may take several days for the refund to appear on your statement," then this is only confirming that the refund has been started not necessarily that the refund was successful. If unsuccessful you should email another email asking to fix your form of payment in gPay. We can't promise any specific time frame on when everyone will receive these follow up emails other than we are doing our very best to make sure everyone receives their refunds before the Stadia closure in January 2023. We are doing everything we can to make sure everyone has their refunds before Stadia closes in January of 2023. Unfortunately, we don't have any specifics on when the refunds will be finalized for everyone as it depends a lot on everyone's individual financial institution. We know that it has been a bit frustrating for some of our Stadia players. Have you received any emails from Stadia about any specific refunds that have been started? If the refund does not successfully go through, the refund will fail and you should receive an additional email asking to update your form of payment. Let us know when you get a chance where you are at in the process and we can help from there. Best, James

After reviewing part of your case, it seems like you received an email saying something along the lines of "stadia has issued a refund... it may take several days for the refund to appear on your statement." The process of getting money back into your account can vary depending on each individual banking institution. So keep an eye out. Just as a reminder we are doing everything we can to make sure that refunds are finalized before servers shut down in January 2023. Thank you, James
